Holy crapola! I cannot believe it's here! We leave for the airport in two hours and I just wanted to thank everyone on the BDW site for all of your help the last few months. I can't wait to return as a Mrs. and tell you all about it! Thanks again!

I assumed we would stay together, but Hiram decided he didn't want to jinx us. My MOH is staying with me in mine and Hiram's suite and he is staying with his best man the first two nights until after the wedding.

What is everyone planning or what have you used when traveling. Of course we'll be on the resort, but for choosing excursions and things like that, what is the best and safest method of payment?

Okay... so I know it's a little late to be worrying about this, but I've been hearing a lot of "oh, you need to take this document from your home state" stuff. I was told that everything is legal with the Sandals wedding and my marriage would be valid back home in PA. Is there something I'm missing?!

Hi all! Did anyone receive a Red Lane Spa credit with their booking? Initially I was told that this needs to be scheduled before arrival, but Nina the WC stated that we can book this when we arrive. I want to make sure that we receive the credit. Can someone shed some light on this process? Thanks!

Thank you both! We are flying US Airways both flights so thank you for letting me know we don't have to get the luggage. That's a huge stress reliever. And I've heard Atlanta's airport is a nightmare so if it can be done there than I feel much better about Philly.

.... ? Seriously? I'm waiting for the "January Fools!" No. That's just not going to work. Want me to talk to him? I'll set him straight. He thinks his wife is going to be flattered by a vow renewal the same day as your wedding? 1) She'll be pissed that she has to share her day as much as you would be (and me also in that case). 2) She'll be pissed that he is trying to pinch pennies on a vow renewal by doing a "joint wedding." Who does that?! It's very sweet that he wants to do this for their marriage and I am sure she will love it. But she will love it more if the delivery is executed in a way that makes it their unique day.

Okay... so I have been keeping myself up at night the last few nights stressing over our flights. We originally had booked direct airfare through a TA and had issues basically the whole time with our agent. When Sandals did their 60% off deal we had to jump on it as it was a savings of over 2k from what we were paying through the agent who didn't treat us well anyway. Fast forward to booking directly through Sandals.com. We are leaving Pittsburgh March 21st at 5:30 am and have a layover in Philadelphia before we head to MB. The layover is only 55 minutes! If we are delayed even slightly we may miss our flight. I am so concerned that we won't make it or be able to retrieve all of our luggage or if we get to Sandals late we can't keep our wedding date because of the whole 48 hour rule. Am I over-reacting. I need someone who flies frequently to tell me that it will all be okay and we should have enough time to deplane, retrieve our luggage and get on the 2nd flight. Ack!

Woot! I just had to share. We are under 2.5 months remaining and since I've been recovering from pneumonia, we were delaying all of our remaining wedding plans. So I'm feeling overwhelmed and a little behind but so excited to have the rings figured out. We should have them in a few weeks. Nothing fancy. We got matching 14k white gold comfort fit bands. I'm also getting a new setting for my engagement ring. I love the stone but the band isn't very comfy. I'll post pics when we get them! ***insert big cheesy grin here***

Wow! Sounds like everyone is really coming along. We're tacking down the final details now. We have 14 guests booked and I can't imagine we'll end up with anymore. I'm in the final phase of deciding what we want to do for flowers and music. I still have to pick out shoes. More than what I thought I had to do, but nothing so stressful that I cannot make it work.
