    Hi! This is the deal, you pay $500 for Elizabeth to be allowed to be an outside vendor. If Elizabeth is bringing an assistant you do have to pay the $75 day pass fee for the extra person. BUT, per my contract with Elizabeth, I have to provide her a room at the resort for her and her assistant the night of the wedding. So since her assistant will technically be staying at the resort, I'm assuming the day pass fee won't apply. I hope that all makes sense! Feel free to PM me if you have more questions.

    Thanks for adding me to the list! Mexican Bride with Questions - I just recently got Elizabeth Medina approved as an outside vendor for my wedding. I'm working with Fabio, but it seems like you should be able to have her approved by Nancy too. She does do a lot of weddings with Karisma properties. For the girls getting married on the same day at the same time -- I know there is another bride on June 5 too, but we are not getting married at the same time. I'm surprised they would have two at the same time?

    OOOH! Are you back yet? We're getting married at AZUL Sensatori too. I'd love to know if you were able to get on the property, I know it's not open yet, so they may not have let you visit yet. I hope you had a blast!

    I would be really careful about the outside vendor fees. I know it may seem cheaper to bring in people for your chairs and your flowers but if you read your contract (mine is for AZUL Sensatori) it says that you have to pay $500 for outside vendors. I did get my outside photographer approved, but other gals are saying that Fabio wouldn't approve an outside DJ. I would just hate for you to do all of this work finding outside vendors and then Fabio tells you no, they can't come in. I'm so sorry for all of your frustration!! What a pain.

    Hi Jenni, Can you tell me what site you found the $340/night/double occupancy on? I can't find that low of a rate. Also, is your TA including transfers with the rate? That may make a difference too. Thanks, Katherine

    I heard from Fabio! Photographer approved!! It usually takes four days to get a response, I know he's swamped, he's actually really good to work with you just have to be cool with a response in three or four days after you email him. I can't imagine how busy he must be. Yay, so happy right now!

    Thank you for being so willing to share photos and info from your visit in October! I can't wait for you to go! Has anyone else booked an outside photographer yet? I still haven't heard back from Fabio yet and I'm getting nervous. I really want to give the photographer their deposit but want written approval from Fabio first.....

    Thanks for adding me, Jenny! My TA is quoting right around $360/night double occupancy for the week of June 1, 2009. She has been great to work with, her name is Susan and she's with Berman Travel. She's also including transfers for my guests which makes it worth booking through her. Their website is Berman Travel Honeymoons, Destination Weddings, Reservations and they even have some videos of Sensatori on their site. Hope that helps! I'm working on the photographer thing right now, I'm basically stalking Fabio so I can I get approval for an outside vendor. I'll keep you posted.

    I'm so excited to hear how everything goes once the resort opens! And I'm very happy to hear about the nice beaches.     I submitted the form several times, but all of the dates I wanted were gone. So I finally just called 866-KARISMA and asked for the wedding coordinator. I was connected right away and was able to get a list of available dates. I'm getting married in June and there were still some good (Fri./Sat.) dates available. I'm sure you'll be fine for your October date. I would just call. I found that to be the best way to get in touch with someone and get an answer. Good luck! Keep us posted!!!

    Yipee. Glad to know it is possible to do in 10 months or so. Thanks again! I've requested a date at a resort, so hopefully we hear from them soon. Once that's done, I'll be so much more relaxed.
