We have the same issue w/ one of my FI's brothers. My mother & step-father, my sister and one of my uncle's & his family are coming. The rest of my mom's family is coming. My dad died when I was 12 and I'm still close w/ his parents, my grandparents, and his 3 brothers and their family, but no one from my dad's side is coming. My FI on the other hand, every person is coming, except for maybe his sister-in-law. I'm with you and say well then don't come (even though she's one of my bridesmaids) I think if you've given them plenty of time in advance then its them thats missing out, not you!

same... anywhere other than where you live. I think this forum is a good example. There are weddings everywhere from hawaii, to vegas, to Europe to the Caribbean, to florida, to california, to montana

okay..... I'm going to say #1 for now. It really depends on what they look like on you. Have you tried them on yet? Do you have pictures of yourself in the dress? I'm choosing the first dress, because this dress is flattering on any size and shape, and is very slimming. The second (galina) on the other hand is very different. If you have breasts bigger than a B cup and you're very comfortable w/ showing them off, then you may like this dress. I'm a 36D, and it's a horrible dress for bigger boobs! I'll post a pic here for you to see. Now, I just had my baby 3 weeks earlier, so I was a bit heavier than usual. To get an idea, I am 5'1" and at this time I was 154lbs.... and 36D boobs: Just something to think about. Let us know what you decide!!!

Hey girls, what week are you guys on? I've been skimming through this thread and want to say CONGRATS!!!! to all of you! I looked through, to see if anyone posted before pictures, and there were a couple of you. I love to see before and after pictures, it really motivates me to see how much work you guys can do in 8 weeks. I'm dying to get in on BL5, that is why I wanted to see how far along you guys are! hehehe

We really want to have pictures of our TTD done on the beach, and a few done at a cenote. Our photographer gives us an hour and a half for our TTD, which would be plenty of time for one location. I don't want to waste a lot of time going to a second location. Does anyone know of a GREAT location in RM where there is a beach, and then a cenote we could do photos that is close by. It would be nice if the location was very close to Akumal, but we could go anywhere really between PDC and Tulum. If you have any suggestions, that would be AMAZING! TIA!!!

Oooo.... I'm so busy for the next 30 minutes now too!!!! Bachatabride if there was ever anything that you had to have but didn't ship to canada you could always ship to one of us US girls and we could send them to you. One of my best friends lives in Vancouver, BC and I'm always sending stuff to him.

Hey Maura, I was wondering if you actually ever got the prints from shutterfly and snapfish to compare? If you did, what did you think? It's really crazy I'm reading this today, cause I just finished making one book w/ shutterfly (and I love them, just haven't done a book w/ them) and i'm uploading photos to build 2 more books, right now. I hadn't even really thought about if snapfish might be better. These are Christmas gifts, and I really want them to be great!

I'm wearing my actual dress. In my opinion its trash THE dress, I personally don't see a real reason to do it, if I'm not going to actually wear the dress. Plus like the girls have said they seem to come out pretty clean, and if you get it cleaned right away, its fine. I'm not wearing mine for my AHR, but if I did and it had a spot it would be kind of fun to tell everyone I got it from a TTD shoot.

I used to work for the airlines, and also if you book through Orbitz, expedia, travelocity, etc you could have other issues. If a flight is cancelled or has a time change, the airline is not responsible for notifying you, Orbitz, or whoever is responsible. And probably at least 80% of the time they won't notify you especially if you're flight is cancelled, then the airline can't do anything for you. Also if you need to make changes to your flight (not due to the airlines fault) you have to change it through the site you used, and can't do it at the airport. Just a couple things to think about.

The step-father was taken in, but hasn't been charged. He was transferred prison due to a parole violation. He just spent 7 years in prison for attempted murder, vehicular hijacking, and possession of a stolen vehicle. Not someone I would have around my child. I wouldn't be surprised if he is responsible, he did just spend 7 yrs in prison for attempted murder!!!!!

oh, sorry I didn't realize that you had all flowers on top. I thought the yellow flowers were lemons. I think I would like just white flowers on top and not the yellow, unless you're going to add in some green like orchids or something on top

I like this idea! I think it looks great. What if you put a navy ribbon around the jar to tie it into the overlay a bit? Another idea, might be to just have the lemon and limes in the jar, but have the entire top covered in the flowers so you don't see the lemon and limes on top. Or try slicing the lemons and limes with the top being all flowers, just to see how they look. Good job!
