OOOOooo today is just one of those days where I have gone non stop since waking up at 5:20 this morning. My house was hit yesterday by lightning (thank goodness no one was home and we were all at work and daycare) and we lost a bunch of things: computers,tvs,micro,clock radios, dvd player... you name it anything that was plugged into something... We have shingles all over the grass and a nice hole with splintered wood coming out from the roof which is directly above our 5 yr olds bed. He told me this morning "Momma, God must have been busy bowling cuz of all that thunder and lightning". It's just so darn frustrating. I am calling a million people and I just realized I needed down time so I came here to vent and read all about the happy thoughts. Thanks guys I am truely addicted to this site!

My FI works in Webforcasting Management he makes 3 times what I make!! It is not an easy job and some people just can not cut it..but he can.. traveling is involved to different centers and training alot. He does have pretty decent hrs for the most part... but it's just weird still with such a difference in pay. Everything I have gotten so far for the wedding, I have had to ask him for the $$.

I totally agree with you on this one... It's hard enough to realize even though it's all inc. that we have to pay more for the same food on our wedding day for everyone to have a reception. We are going with a dinner after the rehearsal but we are just going to make a reservation when we get down to the resort to make sure they can accomidate everyone in our party.

Thanks so much Danielle!!! It has been a huge and crazy ride... but we have found out that after all of it.. we just need a paper to make it legal. We have everything we want, even going backwards with it all. In some ways we were thrown into this and won the battle a few times. "everything happens for a reason". We know that we want to have 2 more chillin's coming down the road and Noah really wants to be a big brother like a yr ago. And I am sooo beyond ready cuz Noah as of yesterday is now classified as a kindergartener... YIKES!!!

Martha, It's so exciting when they want to "hang it all out" so you know exactly what they are. My Noah was that way.. looking at your Sono is just taking me back to that day. To say it all we did everything backwards. After 6 years we are finally getting married. My FH and I had a great dating period and then a month later .... yes a month later... Christmas morning no less... Noah happened. It was a complete shock to us... but we went through it, even just still getting to know one another. (hahaha sounds sooo smut reading book huh... LOL...) But it all worked out and we had some BIG kinks. We bought our house 2 years ago now and finally taking the next step November 8th!! YAY
