I'm beyond partial to this all... DIE HARD SOX FAN! It's taken us a long time... but we are "title town" as it is now called. I remember when I would skip my sr year, bring my bikini and sit in the bleachers with my GF's to tan and catch the game... It was an empty world out in the Bleachers. We might be the most expensive ball park, the smallest ballpark, but we all live and breathe the SOX!! YAY!!!

Stacey... what an FLIPPIN BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH she is!!! I would seriously let the hotel know that this woman may have issues with the wedding and that she is not to be allowed around the during the wedding and reception. Oh and honey made sure you have the BEST time and throw it in her face... she wants to play the game... then give it back a million more times. See if you can make or put up things saying that it's your wedding day all over the place .. LOL... then where ever she goes she sees it!! LOL

OH yes, it is odd ... and well with Jay and I, we have made it a group effort with our friends... that if the boys want to go to the "joint" we (the girls) come along too... Jay isn't really interested in the whole thing ... but when they boys want to go he joins in to be one of the guys .. and when we all have nothing else better to do a group goes.. I do still feel odd when a girl right in front of me is showing her stuff to Jay.. but I know where his mind is on it.. It's still hard not be jealous over it all. Good luck with things Casey and it will be fine... you know where and who he is coming home to .. and for a night of manly rediculousness .. it always happens.

I'm on the bandwagon that all vendors should be included at a non AI resort. I checked in with this yesterday directly with my resort and they said with the WC running around with other brides that day and the staff being staff of the resort... no need to add them into anything because they are working for the resort, even if they are covering your wedding with pictures and whatnot. Check with the resort you have what they think is apropriate.

I love this place too. I used it mostly for my guest lists because my MOH and BM's needed the info for showers and whatnot and you can break everything down easy with it. I made weddingwire just for them and they love it.

Awww best way to go with the shelter and CONGRATS on your new girls!! My Adrienne and Izabell came from shelters at different times but they both have "Fat" hands.. LOL.. I think its so cute!!

Oh boy... he really wants to have fun with the shopping expierence.. ummm odd but ok! If Jays mom didn't lay into him about asking why I had not gone shopping yet (I was waiting for Jay to finally make time for it) I would still be sitting here without one. So Janet and I just went and got it done. I agree I have changed mine a million times already because I think about it and say .. ooo don't need that, but I totally forgot about that. Staring at the store and picking compared to sitting at home when you can really open a cabinet... helps tremendously!!

I love it ... and I airbrushed out my dress lastnight to show Jay it because at first he just thought the whole idea was corny and I couldn't wait to show it to him ... but now after yesterday he really really likes it ... He says " I love my nappy hair" and "This is the skinniest I have ever been in my life".. LOL.. I love how she has copied my dress to make sure the blue stands out. We 2 had a hair change the other day.. I went and had my hair foiled pretty blonde after I was more of a super light brown.. LOL.. Morning Lady, I actually went and registared everything with my FMIL, Jay honestly wasn't all that interested in this stuff since we have owned our home for 3 yrs now. I went in with a total open mind, I knew what I had in mind.. but they give you a checklist at BBB and you can work from that. I didn't know what to add really because some stuff I just don't need. One thing I did was go in first look around like you and then went in for the big day of scanning. I didn't overly scan but after I got home I went on the website and found some more really great things that the store didn't have. It all depends on the size of the store when shopping from it. You will be fine.. you can bring your pen and paper if you want.. just so you don't forget but having these things online now is just great!!

I am soooooooooooooo excited bout today ... of all days today is the day.. 30 days till I'm a married woman and 26 till we are in Jamaica!!!!! YAY!!!!! I can't believe how fast this year has flown by. Lastnight, I went and packed everything for my OOT bags and got my family gifts wrapped... (Pics will be in the planning thread which till be up nextweek) Jay actually sat down and looked at everything I bought while I was getting it done and was surprised how "crafty" my ideas were.. I gave you guys all the credit because otherwise NO one would have OOT Bags, Raffia Fans, and all the other special touches because I would be clueless without you girls. So after it all he tells me ... "No wonder why you have been addicted to the computer and that forum since June!" Today is the big Day with Amber from Beaches too.... we have set up a conference call with the WC people in Jamaica (granted this is on my own CC) but we will be able to discuss everything and no more worries of how it's all going to pan out. YAY!!!!!!!!!!

I will agree now is not the time to find the color you want. I bought my girls dresses in Feb from Davids in Pool... I had a lastminute add on to my party a few weeks ago with only 30 days left today ... and I couldn't get her the dress anywhere even if it was shipped from another store. So my new girl is ending up in Watermelon. Driving 2 hrs today to go and pick up her dress at the store. BTW I LUV both Mori Lees!!

I'm a toal see it in at Target or the drug store and buy it kind of gal, cheap and it will work for the time being. Seriously, I think I have tried every foundation under the sun at these places... I have never gone to the counters .. I feel soooo intimidated.. which is just silly I know!! I go overboard with everything else in taking care of myself but just never in the makeup dept. Jay and I were just talking about this and he wanted me to ask you all what your makeup of choice is? His words "Hell go ask the girls!" I want to have flawless face but not the cakey nasty feeling of a hot humid summers day with what I use now espec not for my wedding day and not when in Jamaica. Do you use a mineral powder brand or a counter item? OK sooo I feel horribly dumb about this since yeah I'm a hairdresser and I deal with the public everyday and always need that fresh face look. I wear it to make me beautiful and it's just the part of being a stylist along with the hair... but I have no clue about this stuff.. whats a girl to do?? I'm stepping up the plate and buying big girl makeup .. ok soooo maybe Jay said he would pick up the tab on this, so fire away. Sorry this is sooo random... and jumbled around.. I swear its the Bridezilla working its way in with less than 30 days till we leave!

OMG this is just soo wrong Sylvia!! I have been hoping all day it wasn't going to happen. I can't believe them in the whole if you get your paperwork into the new company you will get some money and if you don't ... well the hell with you wording. I am just floored right now. This is just not the way to treat people!!! Maybe this is just a turning point for you in life... NOT the best time, but it all works in mysterious ways. Keep your chin up and think on it for a day or 2 if you really want to be going that route with the new company that obviously doesn't care about it's employees. Get that resume out for the whole world to see.. with 21 yrs in your job and even being a high demand techie job.. you will find something!!!

Since my day is almost here and tonight I went through everything and put all my OOT stuff together and made my final choices on things I have some items up for grabs I bought too much stuff!! From the top - 3 packages of Hallmark Brand Tissues with Monkeys and 5 packages of Penguins with Palm Trees. Whole set for $8 since they are normally $2 a each. 3 Decks of 52 ways to say I love you and 3 decks of 52 pickup lines - $2 each 1 Dozen Raffia Fans from O.T.- $8 5 stems of Latex Assorted Palm type leaves. I am using these for mat like decorations for our wedding wishes table and reception tables. $2 a stem 6 stems of Latex Orchids in white but they are a tad on the ivory side and dark fushia. I do have 3 missing on the stems though. I used these in my raffia fans. Each stem I paid was $5 with the few missing $3 a stem. Thats it for now, more to come I am sure with decoration/wedding stuff packing underway. PM me and I will get a quote for shipping on the items you want since I have no idea. Thanks for looking!!

Jenny you ha ve made this tooo hard!! I love 3 because its a sexy kitten heel.. but I am torn with loving 1 more because the straps give it some more stability... espec for dancing.. no need to break an ankle at the reception right??

Lastyear was my first Boss's Day with my current Boss. I went out and bought him an Editable Arrangement... he loved it, he is a big fruit person, well I should say his wife is every morning and he ends up eating it at some point during the day .... He and I went through and picked out what we wanted and then left it out on my desk for the rest of the afternoon for everyone else in the office. One of the other guys in the office hurried up to order one for his boss too since he works in another office. This year I am at a total loss ...
