I too have used DW.com. I thought that my agent was great and she talked more Jay than me... But booking and getting everyone else on board with Ellen to book and ask questions. I have been totally happy with everything they have been able to offer and I do agree they are agents not WC, but they do get you in touch and find out all the inside stuff beforehand so when the WC from the resorts contact you... your totally comfortable with the decision you made. plus the goodies/perks you get with them are nice too.

You've got it right... without being on here ... where would we vent, share our stories, and make us soooo excited for our day!! I am addicted to the site and it's all to give me a good cheer up when I don't know where it's all taking me. Without all you girls seriously... how much of a nervous and spastic wreck would we all be!!

This sounds all too familar right now... I have gone through already being mad and upset at people... and realized even though my wedding day hasn't come yet ... I am just surprised how people who I thought were my friends... really are just the people that you hang out with when it's available... People who swore up and down they were coming to the wedding, then again to our Bride and Groom Pub Crawl... and even my shower a few weeks ago... they have contact with me 2 times during the week even if it is just emails... and I mean many emails in one day ... but NOT even coming to my shower... when you said you were coming... geezz.... it's a huge let down either way. I too have made the point to celebrate everyone's EVERYTHING..and I mean everything... cards just to say HI because it's halloween, birthdays, colds, weddings, even sick kitties. I know I am going overboard but I don't want people to think that I don't think about them. It's a rotten feeling to think it on yourself when it happens... soo why do it to someone else.

Go with the positives and that you and your hubby to be LUV eachother... no matter what has happened with the past year... you have been together through it all. If you need to scale back then talk with the Coordinator in PR see if anything can be done to change it... even if it means canceling what you have now and starting new. Canceling and paying a fee sounds better than paying way more for what you need with the cap that is currently set. You really need a happy time in your life .. something that is going to last ... your wedding is that. GO for it and just don't look back.. take baby steps if you have to, but it will all work out as long as you work on it.

I am soooo embarassed yet toooo totally loved right now here at work. I am the systems administrator for our building... since I work with computers and everything we only really have 3 other girls in our office of 67 men. You always learn pretty quick how to deal with and be one of the "guys". So anyway, I am busying ordering up pizzas this morning since we had a new guy start with us ... thinking that today was his "Welcome" Lunch. I made sure to let everyone know that it was all for him. One of the girls from the other office was taking me out to lunch today, so I thought. We are getting ready to leave and she asks to get a drink back in the caf. Now the pizza just arrived so I knew that the caf would be mobbed... I walk in Pink packages are waiting for me along with a cake. Silly me, got all nervous, hot and icky in .25 seconds and then cried... walked straight out of the room.. I was sooo embarassed yet touched... here are all my guys giving me a shower!! My boss was too funny... smile from ear to ear all because he stumped me... and I didn't have a clue!! (This never happens I know everything going on in the office). They even made sure to get Jay a "Man Gift"... Home Depot gift card! SOOOOO I guess I do love my guy... they are the best!!!!! Hope to have pics soon... just need to figure out whos camera it was.

HAHAHA my cousin called me and said he was sitting at work looking at the snow fall. He is in NJ too and I didn't believe him because I am more north than him living in mass.. LOL

Oh Geez sounds like my planning and my "friends". I delt with this back in March and April, my "friends" even booked and then canceled on me because they wanted to plan other things ... and just came out with it. It's not fun and it sucks... espec when you know they are coming because they actually booked and bought all sorts of things... and then just bag you. I just don't get people sometimes... and this is one that I don't think I will ever understand. Why be all happy and say your going to do it and then just send the response card... HELLLOOOO people!!!

Meg beat me to it! Plastic butt all the way... Jay used it when he dressed as Britney 2 years ago... All his guy friends dressed up as girls.. You have to find the right butt though... some are super shiny and others the ends are sharp so they dig into you.. maybe the nylon trick would work. I am pretty sure that the pic is almost the same butt Jay used.. those are def a butt.

YAY your home!! OMg I loved the hair and great idea with scanning the polaroids... love the pics and will love more when they come! I am sooo happy everything went great and the band that was awesome!! Congrats Leia!!
