I just got back from Negril and for places to go in between it all... I would prob suggest Ricks more so than Margaritaville. Even with the small amount of people you have which was the same number as us... Margaritaville is small... They only have about 10 tables inside and then out on the beach they prob have another 15... all the hotels have certain days for shuttles to both places... most are around 5pm which is it's busiest time of the day due to the sunset. The shuttles from the resorts are usually packed with about 40 people on the bus and 2 different resorts a night... finding seating is hard. As for Rick's... it's bigger and more open... when we went it was busy busy too .. but in no way felt as crowded as Margaritaville. I bet if you contacted Rick's.. they might be able to make a table for you off to the side just for your wedding party/guests. Hope this helps!

Same here no problems in your largest checked bag they fit nice and snug. I just wrapped mine in bubble wrap.

You should be hearing soon from the Miami WC. They are helpful but also very busy, and sometimes can take longer than expected. I fell into this catagory since my WC was on maternity leave and I had a back up but she didn't handle our resort at all ... soo I just waited till Amber got back... you have many months ahead of you still.. if you want I can send you everything I have for deco pricing/flowers/and such. I was super impatient and wanted everything right after I booked, I was also told if you book super far out, they won't be getting into the nitty gritty stuff with you till about 4 or 5 months out.

Oh yes.. Alyssia good topic... I can't help it on alot of things... It's got to be stuck in our psyche that these are the better things to use hence Brand Name items. Funny thing is household cleaning and personal stuff need to be brand name... but for actual food shopping, I do try out the store brands alot and don't even think about it .. LOL but never a cleaning product.. I will clip every weekend for coupons to get what I want. Toilet Paper - Charmin Paper Towels - Select a Size Bounty Dishwasher Soap - Cascade Clothes Soap - Tide Cleaning products in general - Comet, Mr Clean, Clorox, Pine Sol... Jays grooming items... Gillette everything, Head and Shoulders, Bath and Body Works Mens line My stuff - Joico hairproducts, Biore heated face wash, Renew contact cleaner, Food generic buys - things I never think twice about picking up cheaper bread crumbs white bread coffee creamer butter shredded cheeses plain soups - tomato, cream of mush, and such Choc Chips

Thanks girls!!! Yes they are real flowers, and I just told them I wanted all local after going through the books and not finding what I wanted... sooo they called the florist and I spoke with her directly.. on what colors she had and what should find for me .. in 2 days I had my bouquet without even knowing what it was going to look like... LOVE THEM, even my flowers for the gazebo no idea I would have soooo many roses. The ceremony pics and more will be up tonight... it is my mission to start with getting some pics up.. real pics not PDF crapola...LOL.. OH and my make up I hated... but I know why I hate it, it was tooo heavy.. once the ceremony pics are up... you will know why.. but the makeup artist had to come to my rescue and fix me right before the wedding was to start again!!

Honestly, since just getting back from my wedding... our wedding was scheduled for 3 but because of hurricane issues we didn't start till 4. Once that was done... I did pay for a small 30 min reception with just cold stuff... this turned more into an hr... they don't kick you out or stop.. well at least at Beaches.. soo 600pm rolls around.. some ran back up to their rooms to freshen up we opted for more pictures with the sunset.. and then we finally sat down for dinner at the open air buffet (they continued my decorations from the 30 min to our dinner) We didn't pay for our dinner .. just picked one of the regular resturaunts they had on site... they put us over in a corner and it worked out great.. alot of the diners were coming over to say congrats.. it was nice... I worried horribly about timing too .. but once you get to the day .... nothing is about timing except when it's time to walk down that isle. After that it's party mode... have fun and enjoy...

I had an issue with the uneven wedding party ... but it all worked out ... Jay's dad just sorta steped in and worked it all out ... walked my down the isle (as orig planned) and then went up and stood with Jay (not planned at all). Nothing really matters on the day... anyway... I cried like hell after everyone bagged us 1 BM and 2 GM.. but in the end, everyone that came... really cared to be at our wedding.. that is what truely makes it special.

Ok sooo I didn't think that this posted because after the fact of the PDF being too big I thought I deleted this ... but I was able to get it into 2 files but now only the reception ones are working... Sorry gals and guys... you gotta open this one... Jay put it all into a PDF for me since I have had no time since being back at work to do anything and forget about home.. LOL All of our pics granted not in the best quality right now because of being in the PDF ... I am completely blown away by them as they are from the Resort photographers.... Beaches does not allow you to have outside vendors and the whole process had me freaked till I was able to see the pics myself. Yes, even being posed into alot of shots.. and not getting the journalistic side we wanted all along... Jay and I could not be happier with the job Elton did on our pics. Oh and I am totally not giving away the surprises either... gotta check them out.. LOL...

Well considering my ebay horror and worries .... I think you should cancel with her and ask for the refund... if she misrepresented to you then you deserve your money back because it not what you thought you bought. Good job with the Paypal too... because you can work with them if you can't resolve with her and she decides not to refund you the whole thing. Paypal works great on correcting these problems that arise... keep all your emails with her, because paypal might ask for those.. Keep your chin up and decide what works best for you... if you can live without the guide.. then go for it, seems like a good deal... but with her changing around things, fishy would be my first instinct on it.

Hey all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I missed you all sooo much, total BDW withdrawls! Tonight is gonna be short and sweet since we are wiped from the wedding, honeymoon, dumb airport people, missing connecting flights because of more dumb airport people, and Hurricane Paloma! OMG Beaches Negril.......... BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!! They jumped over hoops for us a million times, made sure everything went off even with the hurricane with changes in site locations to have both indoor and outdoor ready with double setups. My review is going to be a doozie for you gals. I'm going to YouTube the wedding video for a couple of days so you can see what I mean as for the hurricane... Couples Swept Away (HM) ..... AWWWWW perfect, Paloma reeked a bit more havoc to them, but they worked quick with massive amounts of people to reclaim the beach and all the ground floor suites which turned into step out to the ocean decks. Montego Bay Airport, American Airlines in general, and JFK Airport.. ummm not soo good.. but that will be in my review. Sooo much to tell, pictures to download, and everything... but tonight it's all about being a comfy girl on my own couch after 2 weeks being gone with my hubby and work starting up tomorrow again... BLAHHHHHHHHHHH.

Thank goodness I get to see Noah pics before I leave. I was getting worried I wasn't going to see the little man till I got back... he is adorable Martha... look at his long skinny fingers.. soo cute!! I'm so happy for you. Noah is totally living up to his name = rest and stength depends on the book... but he is just that Little Noah Joseph!!

OOOO I just checked this out ... LOVE THEM!! How are the sizes... do they run true and width?? I'm leaving soon but I want to order for a nice surprise when I get back.. LOL
