Thanks! I was so happy we had chosen the arch set up. It is Arch 11 from the florist and it was 550. We watched a lot of wedding ceremonies at the gazebo on the beach and it just didn't do justice for me. I was extremely happy we had chosen the arch and we also had the white wooden chairs. Just made everything look so much nicer

i was recently married at ROR and we hired the steel drum band which i would recommend to everyone. They sounded awesome. But while we were there we watched some weddings from our room and chandlyn played the music

Wow, I just was married at the Riu in Ocho Rios, Jamaica and we had the best time. The wedding coordinator Chandlyn was pretty cool and we even brought our own photographer, Rob from Humbled Eyes Photography - Award winning, stylish, unique and fresh documentary destination wedding photographer - Rob Nicholson The wedding department asked the hotel photographer to leave the wedding because he was getting in the way of everything. We paid for our photographers hotel and airfare, but we did not pay anything to the resort for having him. But i think we were supposed to pay $250 to not have the hotel photographer shoot the wedding. Which is pretty weird, but we never ended up paying it. From all the previous posts, sounds like not many people like RIU. We had an awesome experience, I was pretty shocked to read the troubles others were having. Brenda

Hello, Well i'm new to BDW and i wanted to share our experience with our photographer with anyone looking to bring a photographer along to their DW. First off, i must say i def. recommend bringing a photographer with you. At our wedding on May 17 at Riu Ocho Rios Resort in Ocho Rios Jamaica, the resort photographer kept getting in the way in the first 10 minutes, he even got in front of my husband as i was walking down the aisle. Thank goodness we had Rob from Humbled Eyes Photography - Award winning, stylish, unique and fresh documentary destination wedding photographer - Rob Nicholson there. He was amazing. Rob did our engagement pics last April and from that moment on we knew he just had to shoot our wedding.
