Hmmm...there have been girls on here to use Sharon though, so maybe they work together??
  2. Someone else recommended a lady named Sharon on ebay. I have only requested a quote and have not heard back yet, so I can't tell you how great she is, but her work is beautiful. Her name on ebay is snagassar and she has a store of wedding flowers, including some destination ones. Good luck!!

Now I can actually enjoy jumping in the ocean, since I don't have to worry about messing up an expensive dress!!
  4. Happy Day So exciting!! I can't wait to see your pictures...especially since we are dress twins
  5. So one of my best friends found out she is having a boy on Friday. We all went yard saling and thrifting Saturday morning to find some good baby deals. Well we went into Value Village and I found a wedding dress for $10!!! I couldn't believe it...and it actually fit. There is nothing wrong with the dress, other than the wrinkles, but I thought it would work great for a TTD I looked up the dress when I got home and it is from Target's wedding collection, selling online for $160!
  6. Love pudding pops and I feel like the ones in the store now are not the same shape they used to be But still so yummy!! I remember chicken littles, but I actually didn't like them as a child, not sure why!! I think I would like it now. Pizza Hut had an insider pizza for a while that was super yummy. It was like a double decker: crust, cheese, crust, sauce, cheese. Very goood! The thing I miss the most is Double Dip Crunch Cereal. I used to just eat it out of the box...so sad.
  7. I just bought mine off the rack at Dillards. My wedding is in June, so I needed more of a summer dress, so they are on sale now. Maybe you could find some now too, since they are starting to put the fall lines out. They probably won't be on sale, but you would have a chance to get multiple sizes David's bridal always has plenty to choose from too. They may have a measuring tool on their site for ordering online. Good luck!!
  8. Thank you all for your kind words. I had never had pro pictures done (minus the many dance photos I had growing up) and I was very nervous and excited at the same time. I felt pretty silly the whole time, especially when she wanted us to do kissy pictures, but we had a great time. She took over 50 pictures, but these are the only digital files I have of them. I can't wait to get our prints to frame and hang in our (future) house
  9. So glad you found it I was not finding anything!! Good luck, those centerpieces will be very pretty!

I loved my sticker collection, and I found my books, still filled with stickers, about 5 years ago when my parents sold their home and I needed to clean out all my crap. I loved the fuzzy stickers and the sparkly stickers! I remember that they were so expensive back then . . . now they have stickers everywhere due to scrapbooking mania. If I would have seen stickers like that back then, I would have lost my mind (and all my allowance!). I found my sticker collection book when I was at my parent's house recently. I would take the stickers off the sticker page and put them on pages of a notebook. Then I even included the leftover outline of the sticker page (because, duh, that was a sticker too!! haha). I would draw in the empty shapes of the outline with my own sticker designs. How silly are we as children!! The entire book was full of the most random stickers!!
  11. My Mom told me that it is bad luck for the mothers to throw showers...don't know if that is really true, but you could use that. I agree about inviting people who aren't coming to the wedding...I would feel really awkward about that too. So sorry they are stressing you out...good luck!
  12. Will and I decided to get some photos taken of us on the campus of UNC Charlotte (where we both went to college). The gardens on campus turned out to be a great backdrop for our pictures. Here are my 3 favorites Enjoy!! I think they turned out great! I can't wait to have the wedding photos done on the beach!!
  13. I just sent out my STDs yesterday (YAY!!) and my website is ready to go (minus the honeymoon registry part, which I am waiting to do until FI is back in town).
  14. Mine changes every once in a while, but right now it is my pup, Tessa when she was swimming in the creek on a camping trip. She looks so regal in this picture. She is waiting on my FI to throw a stick so she can swim after it, but I just think she looks beautiful
  15. Not sure if this is what you are looking for... or or scroll to bottom of this page, this one is pretty too The Knot - My Real Wedding - A Wedding a la natural - Photo
  16. A couple of these - especially the one about the caterers referring to you as "Your Majesty, the bride," remind me of a couple women I have seen on the Lifetime Bridzillas series. So sad, what are these men thinking marrying them!!
  17. I broke a toe during my senior year of high school and had to perform in a recital the next week. You can see on the video that everytime I go up on pointe, I come right back down again...so painful! But I don't remember it taking long after that to heal.
  18. My sister and I just started working with a trainer and he has us eating a specific menu too. Neither of us enjoy eating meat, so we rarely get enough protein, so of course the beginning of this process consists of egg whites, chicken and fish and tons of protein powder...blah!! But it will be worth it once my muscles start showing

I thought it was a bit silly too...but that style of dance is so hard because of all the floor work and jumps. They did all of that really well (especially considering they had 4 other dances to do too), but I wish they would have done hip hop too! The night was very fun to watch, but I can't imagine how drained they all are...having to learn 5 dances and perform them all in one night. I have no clue who is going to win...but I'm sure they will all get jobs from just being on the show
  20. I get emotional every time I watch this...and I thought at first the Whitney in the background was cheesy, but I love how they timed it with the video. How amazing is the bond of love
  21. I have State Farm Insurance for all my belongings and just paid for new coverage for my ring. It was fairly, inexpensive, I will pay $60 annually with no deductible. The girl told me they would replace it if I lost it, it got stolen, the stone fell out or even if I threw it on the ground and ran over it with my car! I doubt that will ever happen
