Hi, oh you poor thing, I get cold sores too, and I see Jenn mentioned L-Lysine - they also do a topical cream and I have found that really shortens the healing time - totally recommend it. Also I plan to use it in the month before my wedding to hopefully make sure I don't get any for the big day

Thanks everyone Wow, you guys are quick to respond! The African one will be in South Africa, possibly the Kruger National Park. Haven't seen too many other Safari Brides posting here but would love to hear anyone's ideas for making it special

Hi I'm from Africa and my fiance is British, so we're planning two weddings: a small intimate ceremony in a game reserve in South Africa (legalities / civil wedding) - that will be my "destination" wedding, and then a bigger more traditional wedding in the UK, where we will exchange vows and have a big reception. We're getting married in June 09. Look forward to exchanging ideas with you all. xx
