While we were in NYC last weekend, we decided to get some pro pics taken - not really as engagement pics, but because we love NYC and I guess we thought it would be good practice for the "real" pictures next year (I've never had my pic taken professionally before and I can be totally shy, so I wasn't really sure what to expect). Once I saw Kathy's (K&Rwedding), it really pushed me to do it for sure because her pics are SO amazing! Awww Dana. Does anyone have Howard TV? We do, and Matie watches it all the time, and sometimes they show pics of Dana when he's talking about her...she was so pretty!

No problem! It's a bit more confusing than limewire because it's actually an application. Then you have to go on a downloading website like torrents.to and download the file, then open it in bittorent to start the actual download. Kinda complicated but if you want some help, let me know! I like this one because you can download entire albums at a time, and it's pretty quick. And free

Yup, we had ours up and running and just sent out an email as our "save the date" telling everyone to check the website for travel booking info. For us it was crucial to get the info to everyone as soon as possible and doing it via email/website was the best way for us. We'll send out proper invites in the winter.

Yup I think so! I'd like somewhere cool and different, something that doesn't look like a hotel room, but I can't think of anything. I wish there was a hotel that had brick walls and stuff inside. The only really modern hotel I can think of is the Soho...? I'll keep brainstorming....

My guess is location, and clientele. Soho is an amazing area and there aren't as many hotels there as there are in times square, and I guess they want to attract a certain type of visitor...? Not too sure!

It's so tempting it's not even funny! Add to that the "vacation mentality" and you have 4 days of serious eating. I always think I want to live in NYC but I think I would gain 15 pounds within the first few months - like the frosh 15 all over again!

Ha, you should see what I ate in NYC this weekend! Major splurges. But I just try to forget about it and move on, haha.

I got up at 6:30 this morning and went for a run! My running schedule begins I'm aiming for 3 times per week and I'm going to run longer each time until I build up to a good time, then I'll work on speed....I hope. I'm pretty pathetic right now!

I can get you adidas running shoes in a 5 or 5.5 - I'm assuming by sneaker you mean running shoes, like gym shoes? I just checked and there are at least 3 different models in a 5 and 5.5 Let me know if you want more info!

If price isn't an issue, what about the Mercer Hotel? The location is INCREDIBLE! Soho is my favourite. The restaurant/bar (the Mercer Kitchen) is awesome too.
