  1. Aw man, you guys are making this even harder on me! I see both sides...I don't know what to do. The eternity band is $300 more than the band with stones only half-way around. I wore my wedding band the other night around the house and then I wore it to sleep, and when I woke up, it hadn't spun around or anything. But I don't know if that's just becuase I'm always warm when I sleep so my rings were tighter. Part of me thinks I should "splurge" on the eternity band but the other part of me thinks it's not necessary, especially since my other 2 bands already only go half way around.... Argh, decisions decisions. Maybe I should flip a coin! Thanks for your input everyone!
  2. Mods I apologize if there is already a thread on this...I did a search and found other threads on pave but nothing specifically about this. If I'm wrong, go ahead and delete this one! My question is - for those of you who have pave diamond wedding bands, do your diamonds go all the way around, or do they stop half way? Follow up questions: If they go half way - do you find that your band spins and that sometimes you see the non-diamond part? If they go all the way around - do they bother your palm or get dirty and gross? Thanks for your input ladies....

Seriously, 12 of the most amazing looking cupcakes I've ever seen, with a birthday note on them from Ana. She had them sent to me at work!! HOW AMAZING IS SHE?!?!!? Thank you so much Ana! 15. So Tammy, for the ceremony part I assume it was more romantic music and then more festive for the cocktail party? Did you hire them for 1.5 hrs?
  16. Yael, I couldn't be happier for you! I'm so glad that your wedding turned out as amazing as it did. You looked gorgeous! Big HUGE congrats!

  19. ME TOO!!!! We need a past Dreams bride that used this to chime in and help us out
  20. Ok weird. So she's saying they'll play for like 5 mins of your ceremony or whatever, then 55 mins of the cocktail hour? They'll stop 5 mins before it ends so that people will move over to the reception? But what about before the ceremony, will it just be silent then? I was thinking I should have the trio there like 15 mins before to play for people while they wait....I have no clue!

Erika I think it depends how long your walk down the aisle is? I'm considering using the same song for my bm's and myself...I know it's nice for a bride to have "her own song" but I don't know, I don't think I care that much. And it will be easier for timing to have them all on one song. As long as we can get it all done in enough time...I think the walk down to the beach is kinda long. I need to do more research on that!
  22. Erika how much is the trio you're getting? My WC quoted me $450 for an hour for this one Mexican trio - I think they are guitar, and she said they will learn whatever song(s) you want them to learn, which I really like. Ever since I've been engaged I've had a song I wanted to walk down the aisle to so I'd be really happy if they could learn it. I'm wondering if I can convince them to do an hour and a half for $500...still seems like a lot but it will be worth it if they're good I think! We want them for the ceremony (15 mins) and the cocktail hour (1 hr 15 mins?) I think I'd rather just have like 3 guitars as opposed to harps etc but I don't know! Maybe I need to search YouTube to see if I can find videos of different trios at Dreams...??
  23. What is everyone doing for ceremony music?
