  1. I've been doing this for the past 2-3 weeks, not perfectly, but I've made some serious changes in my diet. I'm noticing that I'm not as puffy or bloated as I was before when I was eating a lot of white carbs, and sugar. I still need a bit of chocolate every day so after lunch I have a granola bar with choc chips in it and after dinner sometimes I have a little handful of semi-sweet choc chips. My meals are pretty boring though so maybe I should grab this cookbook - I didn't know it existed! Thanks for the tips.

  2. I agree with everyone else - if you want pink, go for pink! Have you asked your FI what he thinks? I only say that because one of my friends was debating between a champagne version and white version of her dress, and her FI made a big stand about how he really wanted her in a white dress. Not that you necessarily need to care, but if you do, maybe see how he'd feel about seeing you come down the aisle in pink?
