  1. Hi girls, Have any of you been to a dietitian? Was it worth it? Did you attain your goal? I am thinking about going with hopes of becoming more healthy and definitely lose some weight (I hope this will come with the healthy eating). I know I have to exercise as well, but I have to wait until I am off accutane to start my regime again.
  2. I ordered these 12 Design Your Own! Messages In A Bottle for my son's birthday party invitations. They could easily be made into wedding invitations and the shipping wasn't bad at all!

  4. My wedding website is through Free Wedding Website Trial | Personal Wedding Websites and there is an RSVP page on it. When people RSVP, you get an email notification.
  5. On our website, we are making sure people know that when they RSVP it's only to get a general number because "it's easier to take away from the total # of guest than to add"
  6. I am asking people to let me know their tentative decision because my travel agent needs to know an approximate # so we know about how many ppl to put down for when we preregister (like putting our name on the 'first come first serve' list to put our deposits down). We know there will be ppl won't be able to commit yet, but like i said, I'm just asking for their tentative plans.
  7. I did a test run of Vista print but I didn't like the quality of magnet (they can fold in mail, flimsy, etc). We decided to go with Save The Date Magnets, Wedding Invitations, Wedding Announcements, Postcards for Weddings, Magnetic Favors and we are having the designers make up a pink sunset/sunrise design for us ($75). They have a few beachy themes too (that you don't have to pay extra for). I have ordered samples from them and they are thicker and better quality (magnet and print) than vistaprint.
  8. Hello Has any Canadians ordered from EnvelopperInc? I would like to order the colour swatch book and then some pochette enclosures and cut stock but it's quite a bit of money to be spending on a place I have not heard of. Any input?
  9. Hi girls, let me try to explain this one.... I want to make my invitations and have a little beaded wire/string thingy at the top, with a star fish in the middle. I am wondering how this is attached to the invitation, and what does the back look like? I am tempted to go to a scrapbook store and ask or see if Michael's has a class coming up, but I thought I'd check with the pros (that's you guys first I hope you know what I mean
  10. Hi girls, Looks like I can officially join your GBP club because we just chose GBP Tulum!!!!!!!! Soooo excited to finally have a 'destination' for our wedding! The sad thing is, I know I will get *nothing* done this weekend because I have 55 pages of postings to read in this thread
  11. Hello everyone. Well, I am on day 3 of accutane. I did NOT have to get any blood or pregnancy tests before I got my prescription. I am going to the dr next month to get him to check everything out though. I have had my IUD in for 2 years now and am also on the pill (Diane-35 -- an acne medication) so that's my 2 forms of contraceptive. So far no side effects, but it is only day 3. Like I said, my acne is not bad, but I want to get to the point where I do not have to wear cover up (to cover those ugly red spots!). Because I have been looking into accutane for 7 years now, I think the waiting is over so I'm glad I started it this far before my wedding. I will keep you posted on my progress. I know the side effects can be terrible. I am going to be taking fish oil (for joints and hair), vitamin c (immunity), and there's another supplement I'm going to take that is recommended for mental clarity (to combat any concentration issues I may get). So, we'll see how it goes! I guess the initial breakout should arrive around week 1-2 so hopefully it's not too bad
  12. there seems to be such mixed reviews about it, so it'll be interesting to see how it will affect me. I am going to the store tomorrow to stock up on hydrocortisone cream and aquaphor (for lips and dry patches) and vitamins for joints and liver. I also have oily skin so we'll see how the dryness goes
  13. Soooo..... I convinced my dr to prescribe accutane for me (yay!) now instead of in October. I'm so excited/nervous! I'm not sure why, but I didn't have to go through the blood tests and pregnancy test, which is what I have read one NEEDS to do before they get the prescription. So weird. Well, I'd love to hear from any others who have been on accutane. I thought I might as well get it over now so that I can get 'er done and still have time to get back into running, etc way before the wedding. (Apparently accutane makes joints sore, so i'm not sure if running and such is a fantastic idea?!). Anyway, that's my speal

  15. I was looking into Iberostar Cozumel. After talking with my TA though, we decided not to consider it anymore because she said Cozumel is VERY rocky and not really a "barefoot on the beach" type place. She said it is great for snorkeling, but you need to wear shoes to walk on the beach. Just a tid bit of opinions that we got. I was disappointed because the resort looks so beautiful.
  16. You did a fantastic job! How much did it cost per to send an invitation?
  17. My fiance ordered those bags last week! same size too. Your finished product reassures me that we made the right decision to order them! ...now the wait begins! You did a great job with everything
  18. Do they only take credit card? maybe you could send money to the person you know in the states and they could send them a money order, or use their own credit card (depending on how well you know them). Hm..there's got to be a way around that!
