  1. How FUN!!! You look like you had a blast!!!!!!!!!!! Did you pack all that stuff for your OOT's or send to hotel ahead of time?
  2. Awesome! Yes, I think they are the perfect size!!!! Did anyone add anything else cool that I'm forgetting??
  3. Remember, this is supposed to be FUN!!! The whole house buying thing, and the wedding. I definetely know how stressful it can be moving and buying a house. (I work at a busy RE/MAX office) Also, we all know how stressful wedding planning can be as well. Anytime I find myself not having fun with the wedding I take a break and do something else. Me and Bo (FI) agreed from the beginning that this whole thing would be fun and very low stress. I mean that's the whole point of having a DW right? I know vacations are expensive so I think you should treat yourself to a nice hour long massage, and take time doing whatever it is you love to do. Seriously, take a TIME OUT and stop and think about everything you are greatful for and appreciate in your life. It's so easy to forget these things, and get caught up in the chaos and stress instead. Imagine all the bridezillas who become sooo stressed out they are ready to snap the entire pre-wedding, then even more stressed the day of, and they walk down that isle and don't even remember it because they're so busy being miserable. Don't let that happen!!! Always remember you deserve time for yourself and only you can make that time Relax Girl!

  5. Also, I am super picky about whites matching eachother and these pictures look kind of crappy, and look like the whites clash (now that I look at them again) LOL The lights in our room are goofy. I assure you the whites look stunning together hehe. Just thought I'd throw that in...
  6. The bags are from Michaels, and the rest is from Wal-mart. The lotions were $1.00, Sunscreens $1.25, the Hand sanitizer $.50, the chapstick WITH SPF 2 for $1.00 tropical flavored gum .90 a 6 pack, and the magnetic "to-do" lists were .50 I am going to write on the cover of each one something like 1.Relax, 2.Drink by the pool 3. Lay out in the sun 4. Relax 5. Drink more by the pool 6. Flip over But they are tropical looking and I figured while emphasizing relaxation is great, and they can use it when they come home. I am also putting in my DIY welcome to Mexico brochure, and maybe a little something else. (I'm suuuure I'll find something else to spend $$ on LOL)http://www.boandandrea.com/assets/images/oot-bags/
  7. This is all from Kohls and was all more than half off it's original price. I improved with sand quickly, but here's an idea of them. Also, the candles are still in the wrapper so they stay protected. We're going to alternate the Large starfish candle centerpiece, then the smaller votive size. (3 large ones, and 2 small, for 1 long table 20 ppl) I also got that adorable purple dress at Kohls for $15.00 (more than half off the original price) They have sooo many colors that would be PERFECT for your beach weddings. ENJOY http://www.boandandrea.com/assets/images/ornaments/
  8. Ok here it is On me http://www.boandandrea.com/assets/images/necklace/
  9. Just want to post and tell you how JEALOUS I am. I LOVE Italy sooo much! I can't wait to go back. Your wedding will be absolutely gorgeous!!! Can't wait to see the pics
  10. Damn, those are WAY CUTE! hmmmm......My creative juices are boiling...I know I saw over-sized margarita glasses at Hobby Lobby. I am sooo doing a DIY version. Will post when ready

  12. Until I can take a picture with me and the necklace, here's the dress too lol (Of course it's the only picture with the model sitting, but you can view different angles of it) David's Bridal - Bridal Gowns VW8897 Organza tea-length dress with metallic embroidery and ribbon accent at waist.
  13. I did already buy it I will keep it regardless!!! Thanks for all the posts

  15. I bought this necklace at Kohls today that I LOVE, and was a GREAT DEAL! Sale $36.00 original $150.00, And although it's small I think it's elegant. (I didn't really want anything too fancy) But do you think it's too small and will look "funny" in the wedding pictures? It's 3/4 inches tall. Thanks for your opinions.10k White Gold Diamond Accent Starfish Pendant
  16. WOW! You look great! I think you inspired me to get one done I need to find a good, trustworthy place in Colorado. Anyone know of one here?
  17. Well, I haven't gotten that far yet but will let you know. I will do a little research and post when I find something about how to incorporate it in. What were you thinking?
  18. So, I searched 3 times to double check about this thread already existing and couldn't find an entire section with everyone's jewelry. I swear I saw the thread though. Forgive me if it's out there, but I really need help with jewelry. In fact I have no clue what to wear. PLEASE POST YOUR JEWELRY HERE!!!!!
  19. Your local craft store (Michaels, Hobby Lobby) should have every color under the rainbow. I even saw colored sand at Wal-mart.
  20. Has anyone found a Starfish ring holder for the ceremony? Maybe I over-looked it?
  21. We became engaged in May 2008 (last month) and sent the STDs immedietely after we chose our location. Then we sent glass MIB invites to those who were coming for sure about 3 weeks ago. We're getting married in January 2009. I'm a BAM, BAM, BAM, kind of person lol, I like to get things done.
  22. Our guests are going to receive a sea shell with our names and the date on it. After the ceremony, everyone will toss them in the water and make a wish for us! I don't want to use a Sharpie marker on the shells, and am wondering if a non-toxic paint would be "ocean creature friendly" I know this is an odd question. Anyone know what I'm talkin about
  23. I vote for the 1st dress! BUT, if you feel like you won't be as confident in it then maybe you should re-consider. Also, did you say you tried the 2nd one on? I know that I tried on 100 dresses and the 1 I ended up falling in love with was one I was sure I wasn't going to like...It looked PERFECT on and I loved it immedietely. I too wanted to be sure so I came back to David's Bridal and tried on several more, ALL of which I loved when they weren't on me. I kept going back to the original one each time. I <3 it! As the other girls said, things always look different on models, and I'm sure your FI will LOVE the 1st one on you. Sorry LOL I am blabbing, but like I said confidence is key!!!!!!!Good luck!
  24. Awww, I am glad your little one is ok I know how scary it is (especially when they are small) My little Harvey who's 9 lbs got attacked by the neighbor dog who's like 75 lbs. I scooped him up in my arms and the dog lunged at both of us. I went and confronted the neighbors and they said it was my dogs fault. WTF? I was SO pissed I can't even tell you. You will be able to pick him up soon, and he'll be fine!
