    I think the biggest thing everyone told me, and I COMPLETELY agree with, is that there's a BIG chance you are going to end up buying a dress that you totally never thought you would. The dress that ended up being "the one" I thought I better try on, just to get an idea of the shorter length. OMG it was like magic! The dress fit like a glove and looked perfect! I tried on 30 dresses or so that were all gorgeous on the hanger, but looked like hell on me LOL. Just don't be suprised if you come home with something totally opposite from what you thought you wanted! HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Welcome!!! Don't worry about being over-whelmed! It's all a little crazy in the beginning! Once you get the booking off your chest, you can actually start having FUN planning!!!! Of course there are a lot of great hotels, but I'll go ahead and give you my recommendation too! We're getting married and staying at the Barcelo Maya Palace (Riviera Maya) It's a great price, a beautiful all-inclusive hotel, and is definetely kid friendly. They have a mini kid water park too! I have lots of pictures of everything from the food to the rooms, to a wedding taking place. PM me if you are interested!

    I suppose it depends on the e-ring and the band. I love the way it looks with the e-ring closest to me and the band on top, but am not crazy about it switched around. (Weird I know) It just looks like it was made to be on top of it. It could very well have gone the other way too, like I said it depends on the style and your taste

    Is it a newer hotel? The hotel we're getting married at just opened last December, so I am one of the few brides, but don't worry that doesn't mean anything bad. I'm sure there will be others to join you too!

    Yet another thing I hadn't thought about....Hmmmm.....We are getting married in the Winter and live in Colorado, and my dress is totally strapless and beachy looking. I will have to think about this one....

    Well, I was in Toronto in April and although it's a couple hour drive, I would recommend going to Niagara Falls. It's one of the cutest towns, is very romantic and the falls are absolutely breath-taking. We ate some really good food in down-town Toronto, but I can't think of the names for the life of me. I know the Italian food is very good down there! Sorry, not much help...

    COLD STONE IS FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!! The cakes are to die for!!!!!!!! OMG don't get me started, I'm on a diet and on my period and cannot discuss ice cream atm. LMFAO, but yes, very delicious!

    I have extremely curly hair and in Mexico will not be strait what so ever. Instead of going all up or down, I am going to randomly pin it to get the half up down look. I would make one plan of having your hair half up and curly and a back up plan just in case the humidity is different. That way there's no suprises, and you know your hair will be taken care of.

    I don't know what you or her personality is, or how "deep you want to go" but check this out Kahlil Gibran on Marriage We are using this as part of our ceremony.....Kahil writes on love, marriage, wealth, happiness, ect. VERY BEAUTIFUL!
