  1. Welcome, Stephanie. You'll find plenty of information and plenty of people willing to help on here!

  3. Welcome to the forum! You'll find lots of info here.
  4. This is sad. Kids are born as a blank slate, and I can't believe these parents want to screw them up so badly. They're going to be all sorts of messed up. Kids should learn love at this age not hate! I really hope they can see past the hatred of their parents and become decent human beings.
  5. It's snowing again here, and they haven't been by to plow the roads. I'm stuck here.
  6. It's been snowing heavily for the last five hours here in Connecticut. If I were working today, my boss would have me work from home. However, we had today off anyway. It stinks because we live on top of a huge hill that they don't plow until hours after the snow hits, so if I try to leave now, I won't be able to get back home!
  7. Oh Man, I just saw this thread after checking out Laura and Josh's video by the same company. I really wish I had the extra dough, because they are super awesome.
  8. I'm so glad to hear how much you liked Cecelia; I think that's who we're going to end up going with. How much did your reception cost you per plate? By the way, you look fabulous!
  9. Wow, that is awesome! Unfortunately, it looks like they're way out of our price range. You look beautiful!
  10. John and I visited Sunscape Casa Del Mar in November of 2007, and it was beautiful! The beach was awesome, the service was fantastic, and the swim up bar was nice. The food, however, was only mediocre. It was definitely edible, but it wasn't as good as the food at Dreams Tulum. However, they'll probably step it up a notch once they become a Dreams. I would definitely recommend this site. We also got the vacation for a steal. It was $650 each for 6 days including flight, taxes, fees, and transfers. I loved it.
  11. Dave and Buster's has a couple really yummy martinis in the blue family. This one is blue: Aquamarine Martini Dive into our very cool blend of vodka, HPNOTIQ, blue curacao and orange juice, finished off with a crystal blue raspberry sugared rim. This one is my favorite and it has a blue raspberry sugared rim too, but since it has cranberry in it, it's more of a purpleish color: Purple People Eater Ever notice nothing rhymes with purple? Contemplate that over a vodka martini layered with HPNOTIQ, DeKuyper Island Blue Pucker and tart cranberry juice. Did you see the recent Top Chef where they had to cook dishes based on these four categories?
  12. Also, does any one know how much extra the flowers for the bridesmaids and groomsmen are?
  13. Does anyone know what flowers are in BR-9? Those light pink lily looking things are really pretty. The Spanish description says Star Faython, but I tried googling that and I tried translating it into English and I still have no clue what that means. Also, can they wrap it whatever color ribbon you want or do they only have one or two choices?
  14. I can see the flowers now! YAY! It's weird that it wouldn't let you guys e-mail them to me. But I agree, this will be more useful for others who join later on.
  15. Does anyone still have pictures of the flowers available? If so, could you please send them to me at [email protected]? Thanks a million!
  16. Ugh... I HATE switching to new BC. I always get super sick for the first two or three months. Heck, the first trip I went on with my fiance was to Dreams Tulum, and I was so nauseated that I spent every other day in bed under the covers. He ordered fruit through room service and hand fed me. I'll also vouch for liking NuvaRing. It's more convenient than the pill. And I'll also caution you if you're considering the Depo shot. My sister was on it for about half a year and gained 50 pounds along with drastic emotional problems. A lot of people have similar problems, but some people love it and have no issues at all. Go ahead and stick it out with the one you're on now. I don't think it'll do you much good to switch this late into the game and who knows what reactions you'll have to the new stuff!
  17. Am I the only one who read this post and thought, "It's not the size of the cake topper but what you do with it that matters" or "It's not the size of the cake topper but where you get to stick it?" I like that topper, and I think it would be just lovely. But apparently that's coming from a perv. ;-)
  18. We don't get WE. I've never even heard of this show! But I think the movie Bride Wars is going to be another one of those Bridezilla moments.
  19. So, I showed the videos to John and he said that he wished that that each of the clips was a little longer. He said it was too edited for his tastes. I told him I bawled when watching them, but he seems to think I would have bawled at any wedding video... he may be right on that. :-)
  20. Oooh... Good question. I have no idea, personally. I hope someone knows, though!
