How to avoid your room being robbed while traveling

Yes, this is true, but I've read many horror stories about how management was confronted about things being stolen from the safe and having management blame the traveler, do nothing, or even threaten to have the guest arrested. This is especially a problem for weddings, because many of the staff are aware that a group of people will not be in their room for an extended period of time. I'm not saying that all hotels have staff that would steal or every person who thinks they're missing something actually had it stolen, but it has happen, and I would caution everyone to use their own locks/safes and not to rely on the ones in the hotel that can be opened by someone else. You shouldn't be paranoid, but you should be cautious. -

I would suggest not using the hotel safe for anything. I've heard from many people that money/valuables were stolen from their safe, because the hotel staff has an override code for it. -
Does Sephora do a similar thing as MAC? Or does anyone besides MAC do the whole chart/trial thing?

Those look great, Lisa! They look like my colors. Great inspiration piece. -

But how embarrassing that must be to have that come out. I always knew he was gay.... Also, I heard that Criss Angel is mad at him for "taking his style" I thought that was funny too! Who cares? Although, his voice is amazing but after seeing those pics....I can't get them out of my head!!!!! I don't think it would be so embarrassing to have pictures of you kissing other guys when you're gay, unless you were trying to be in the closet, which doesn't strike me as the type of person Adam is. As far as drag goes, I agree with the other girls, the nights we through Rocky Horror Picture Show parties were some of the best nights!

You don't need to give up chocolate to look hot in your dress! Just don't eat an entire bag of Flipz when you're PMSing like I do sometimes. :-) What I like to do is substitute normal chocolate for really good expensive chocolate, so I feel satisfied after a piece or two. Plus, if the box cost me a lot more, there's no way I'm going to eat it all in one sitting. I also like chocolate whipped cream as a substitute. If you freeze it, it's like a lighter chocolate ice cream for fewer calories.

What?! You guys are CRAZY! Lil is one of my very favorites. She's my top 3 pick with Adam and Danny. She sings beautifully and except for her tapered white trouser incident always has great clothes and amazing makeup (which I know is a tribute to her stylist and not her, but at least she's interesting to watch). It was very much Scott's time to go, in my opinion. I liked him a lot in the beginning, but he picks the same boring type of song and arrangement every week. And this week he had a lot of notes that were rough/borderline painful to listen to. There is no one else in the competition that deserves to go as much as he does based on performances alone. It is inspiring that he doesn't let his obstacles keep him from going after his dreams, but at this point, I would never buy his music or a ticket to watch him perform. I like Anoop, but if he doesn't step up his game next week, I think he's the next to go.

It just reminded me of that when you said that. Men can definitely lose weight waaayyyy easier than women it seems without trying. Yeah, I think that's a different commercial for the same pill! I think it has to do with men having a higher metabolism because they are built to have a lower fat to muscle ratio where as women need more fat to make the babies. Unfortunately the fat we need for that doesn't burn calories as much as muscle, so we're more susceptible to the extra blub.

We both stepped on the scale yesterday and he's about 30 pounds lighter than I am! Granted, he's 3 inches shorter than I am and has a smaller frame, but GEEZE! It reminds me of that slimquick (or some other bogus diet pill) commercial where the woman is doing everything she can to lose weight and drops about a pound while her husband drops lots of pounds.

Wow, that sucks. I really hope you get the whole thing back.... let us know how that goes. If you want a story that will make you feel better about the cops returning your stolen property, I've got one: FI had his GPS stolen from his car. He accidentally left it unlocked when parked out on the street (we have a 1 car garage, and he lets me park in it so I'm not cold when it's freezing outside). We didn't even know that it was stolen until a cop showed up at our door asking John if he was missing his GPS. Apparently some neighborhood kids took it and were playing it when a cop saw them. Then the cop pressed the home button and saw our address and dropped by.

I have some really cute tankinis and one pieces. I usualy get my swimsuits from target and Marshalls. Oooh, June is pretty soon, but I'm sure you can drop at least some by then. I love Victoria's Secret bathing suits. I usually get tankinis and flouncy swim skirts. My problem is that normal tops are either not supportive enough or are too tight and cause boob overflow oddness. With Vicky's, you can fit based on your bra size, and they have underwire tankinis. Plus, the swim skirt covers any top of the thigh bulge (which is my widest area of my lower half), so all you see are the skinnier looking parts. Victoria's Secret - Swim skirt My problem is that to get the tankini, matching bottoms, and swim skirt it costs around $100, so I wanted to see if I could get something else for cheaper. The answer is apparently no.

That gives my ankle another week to keep repairing. So, I hit up Target and Kohl's to see if they have any bathing suits that are super cute and super cheap. Yeah... apparently I am not the correct proportion for their suits. I mean, I'm not normally super self-conscious, but after an hour of that, my self-esteem was in the toilet! YAY Season 6!

Haha, so apparently I'm way behind. I just took my picture and was looking up the instructions for paying when I realized that y'all bumped the weigh-in back a week! Well, I'll still send in my $$ today. :-) And those badges are frickin CUTE and good motivation. I asked my fiance if I could get away with wearing a bikini to our site visit in two weeks. I stripped down to my underwear and paraded around and he said that I would be fine. Then I sat down and pointed out my fat rolls would be hanging out every time we hit the swim up bar and he suggested I stick to my tankinis for now! I would really like to be a bikini body for the wedding, though, so I gotta keep at it. PS He's not a horrible person. I asked for his honest opinion. He wouldn't normally call me fat. :-)
