  1. Happy Wedding Day! I can't wait to hear all about it and of course... I want pics!
  2. Here are a couple from ours... Laughing during speeches (guest photo) We're married! (delsolphotography.com) And one from the day we did our TTD (delsolphotograghy.com)
  3. Thanks everyone. I'm so excited to finally have a home, one that we can do whatever we want in it and to it! This is the only pic I can find. Its small, but really cute and nice inside.
  4. Great review. I pm'd you before seeing this. I love love love Grand Bahama island. Everyone on the island is really friendly. I'm glad that the staff at the resort was great. Its really a great place to vacation if anyone is looking for a short trip from the states. Your pictures are fabulous. The outdoor area at the Sheraton/ Westin really is beautiful.
  5. Many of you have seen my posts over the last few months about our search for a house. Well, we found one and are UNDER CONTRACT! Woohoo! I'm so excited that they have accepted our offer! It has been such a long search for us and in the end we will have a fantastic house in a great neighborhood. (fingers crossed no other hurdles come up and we close on time) I'm sooooo excited! I heart the bunny. lol
  6. I saw that wedding show too and I knew it was her as soon as the previews for housewives came out. She did have a great dress, but her husband was a nut. He was faxing wedding invites to people! It was hilarious. He was causing her to have a nervous breakdown though. So, the 2nd half of the reunion just ended. What does everyone think Danielle tried to do to Dina that didn't actually happen? I was thinking she was going to have someone beat her up or something, but that's just because I think they're all so mafioso, which they denied. lol Caroline was UPSET.
  7. I'd be in if its a day I can make it. I have a crazy schedule though so you guys pick a date and I'll try to work on getting there.
  8. Aw, too cute! I had to raise my cats from the day they were born. They were in a litter of 5 and I kept two. Love kitties!

  10. I'm glad her money was refunded and we can address this before the next season so its clear up front, but in this situation I think it was the right thing to do. Now, if only I could get the rest of you dq'd so I could win! hahaha Just kidding! Guess I'm going to have to step it up big time these next two weeks! I really want to lose 5 lbs in the next two weeks. I would be sooooo happy. This whole season I haven't really been on track. Ann, are you all set with your move or do you still have a lot up in the air?

A message from my Dad? I like to think so! This is so amazing.
  12. Have fun MarieSam! I can't wait to hear all about it!
  13. Happy Birthday! I hope you're having a fantastic day!
  14. Ok, so I've been thinking about it and here's my 2 cents: I think the person should be dq'd from the contest and that their money should be refunded to them. While we do have non-members participating in the contest, it is only because they are friends or family of active BDW members. I feel that unfortunately, regardless of the circumstances, if you are banned from the forum permanently you should be disqualified from the contest. [This would also make it clear for future contests so we don't get into debates about why someone was banned and if the reason would affect whether or not they are out of the contest.] Tammy has rules on the forum for a reason and I feel that if they weren't followed (intentionally or not) and she deems you are to be banned, then you forgo the contest. JMO.

Personally, I think we should allow them to continue - I'll just have to email them anything related to the results, etc. *Whatever the outcome, I think this needs to be mentioned in the rules for any future seasons! Hmmm, idk how I feel about this. I'll have to think on it. On the one hand, we do have non-forum members participating in the contest, but on the other, if you can't follow the rules of the forum and are permanently banned idk how I feel about them winning the pot. I think if the ban was permanent or temporary would sway my decision. Can you give us that info or is it private?

It definitely has me thinking alot, just about life, our family, etc. I think my mom is doing ok. Its probably going to take her a while to feel normal again though. She was going to the nursing home every night to spend time with my Gram and I'm sure it'll be a huge change to not have to go there any more. That time of day will probably be the hardest since she won't be going to see her. Also, for my siblings and I, this is the first person in our family to pass away when we are old enough to actually know what's going on. Its a strange feeling. Really though, the funeral made me feel better about it. Idk why, but being in the cemetery was comforting. Also, it seems my Gram had a good last day. She woke up early, had breakfast and coffee, had her hair done and played some bingo (which she loved). Knowing all of that makes us all feel a little better.
