Wow Amanda, that looks beautiful. I can't wait to see pics from your wedding! I did manage to pack all of my wedding stuff except our wedding party gifts. I guess I will have to fit them into my suitcase. I have two very full suitcases right now and haven't packed any clothes! lol I was up until 4 this morning and then running around all day today getting things done. So, I'm taking a little break and checking in on BDW.

I definitely have a bride shirt that I'm planning to wear to the airport. I hope its gets me some perks! Like a seat in first class and someone to carry all my stuff (oh wait, that's what FI is for lol).

Ok, so I'm leaving on Monday for my wedding. I have emailed Perla twice about things and haven't gotten a response. I know she's just busy and is really fabulous, but I had to vent just a little! I might have to call her before I leave because I need to know the cost of something. Stressing just a little...

Well, now I'm finding how much stuff I have very amusing! I just keep cracking up looking at all of it. I have managed to fit 90% of it in two suitcases. One is heavier than 50 lbs tho so I have to try to reorganize. I absolutely can not believe how much stuff I have. I totally thought that I didn't go overboard... oh well... I'm heading to Mexico in 3 days... I'm happy. The original plan was to have just one medium sized suitcase for wedding stuff and a 2nd one for my clothes. Ha!

Well girls, I started another thread on this but I had to share with you too. I'm starting to pack all of my wedding stuff, decorations, oot stuff etc. I'm screwed! I can not believe how much stuff I just pulled out of the closet and I'm waiting on my wedding party gifts to arrive still. I'm so screwed! Does one of you want to come to my wedding and bring all of my stuff? Oh, and while I was packing things I snapped off a nail on my ring finger hand!

So, I'm starting to pack all of my wedding stuff and as I unload the closet I've been storing it in I'm realizing I HAVE ALOT OF STUFF! Holy crap, I have no idea how I'm going to pack everything. My FI is going to kill me! lol How I wish BDW had a phone tree so I could call all of you. You are the only ones who would understand. I'M SCREWED!

Hey girls, check out Cancun and surrounding area tours and activities. They offer every tour imaginable. Obviously I haven't used them yet, but I'm planning to and can let you know how it goes when I get back. So far they are super fast at responding thru email and have offered my guests a discount if they book thru them because we booked one tour for 16 people. We'll see how it goes.

So, it must have been a 5 hour poisoning. I'm starting to feel better. I'm NOT eating anything else today tho.

Hey, what are you guys putting in your welcome books? We just sent out a brochure that we called "What to know, before you go" (there is a tv channel here that says that before traffic and weather). It had some of what to expect in it. I'm just wondering if your books are along the same lines.

Hey ladies, I'm thinking about joining this thread and contest again this time around. Here's the thing though, I'm leaving for Mexico for my wedding on the 5th. I would have to send my first weigh in on the 4th, which is before the contest actually starts. I will be away until the 17th, so I will also miss the first weigh in. So, I wanted to check in with all of you who are doing it to see if it was ok that I join. I don't think sending my weigh in early will give me an advantage or anything (especially because I will be boozing it up for the two weeks following that lol). I only have about 5 pounds to lose~ actually its the same damn 5 pounds that just keep coming back after the end of each of these contests! So, the chances of me winning the pot are very slim. Let me know what you think. I've loved the motivation of BL in the past and being accountable to all of you really makes me stick to my goals.

Oh, one other thing. I want promises from all of you that at some point you will do a planning thread, a review and fill out that thread about what we would and wouldn't do again. Kate, have a fantastic day! This thread has been hopping in the last 24 hours! I've come up with one little snag in my plans for the week. FI and I need to do the legal stuff and of course haven't scheduled it yet. Well, we leave Monday. I have to work every night this week except today and he has to work every day this week. So, there's no time we are both free to get freakin married! The only option would be for him to meet me quickly during his work day, but he's a plumber and there's no telling what he could've gotten into in the morning before he has to meet me or how dirty he'll be. eeewww We aren't making a big deal at all out of the legals, in fact, you girls are the only ones who even know about it, but if he could be clean when we do it, that would be great. So, I'm not sure how we're going to get this done.

I think it depends on your state and what they require. I'm working on this now and it looks like FI and I really just have to say 'yes, we want to marry each other' and then we can go. lol We want to do as little as possible so it doesn't take away from what we do in Mexico.

Hi Dez, I've been wondering where you were! The January brides thread has been hopping and we haven't seen you! Good luck with getting everything done. It will all come together for you. Boy, that's a lot of working. I bet you can't wait to get to your DW just for some time off!
