  3. Ok, someone come up with another daily challenge. I don't want to take over. lol If not for the weekend, then maybe something for Monday. I surprised myself and went jogging at 8:30 this morning. So proud! lol But, I think the ice cream I'm about to eat might outweigh the jog.

  7. Lisa~ I'm so glad your dad's surgery went well! What a relief. I hope his recovery goes well. So, today I went back outside and jogged/walked for like 30 minutes and then did 20 lunges and 20 push-ups. Not a lot, but at least I did something. I have a Daily Challenge for tomorrow: Wednesday's Challenge~ Drink 64 oz (or 8- 8oz glasses) of water. If you drink coffee or soda, add one glass of water for each coffee/ soda you have.

  9. Well girls, I didn't workout yesterday or today. I like to workout outside and its rained both days. Question for you guys: What do you do to stay consistent? I find that I'll be all gung-ho for a week or so and workout every day, but then I fall of the wagon and months can go by without me doing anything. I'd love to find a way to make exercise a part of my life just like brushing my teeth everyday. Anyone have an tips? Once I miss one day its so easy to make up an excuse not to exercise the next day and then next...

  12. Thanks Steph! I'm going to take some time this weekend and think things over. I don't want to give up. I was surprised he even asked me if there was a chance we shouldn't be together. I kind of just thought we were fighting and would get over it at some point. But, now that he's brought it up, its something to think about I guess. Thanks for the advice. I can definitely use it.
  13. I have a BIG confession... I confess that my husband and I have not been getting along at all for a while now and its to the point where he asked me if I still wanted to be married. He is away this weekend and I'm supposed to be thinking about what I want to do... Ugh. This is so not what I thought I'd be dealing with 9 months after getting married. And, to top it off, I haven't been able to talk to anyone because I don't want them to know we are having problems and all of our friends are friends with both of us. Its going to be a loooong weekend... I'm so thankful for BDW and knowing I have a place I can at least vent without being judged.
  14. Ladies, I wanted to post our first daily challenge earlier today, but totally lost track of time. So, here's a WEEKEND CHALLENGE: At some point this weekend do 50 crunches and 25 push-ups (yes the girly way counts lol) I figured since its the weekend it'll be good to start with a work out challenge and start off slow. Let us all know how you do!
