    I was at the seamstress's yesterday and she took these pics for me: Front view Side view, with my H&M flower pinned on Back view, with French bustle pinned on. This dress was a sample I bought last May and it fits like a glove-- just need to have the length taken up, bustle put in and flower sewn on. I'm so excited!

    My guests are also booking their own travel, because some will be able to drive (the FL ones) and the rest are coming from different parts of the country. We did block hotel rooms though.

    I have heard good things about moo cards, and FI is making up a set to use as business cards. If he likes them, we will probably make some to encourage photosharing after the wedding.

    I did a travel card (with directions and accommodations), an RSVP card and an Other Events card for the welcome party and brunch. I put the website on the travel card.

    For the STDs I printed directly on the postcards, but my printer is weird and it took forever (I'm talking hours of frustration) to set it up right.     What a sad story. I am so sorry to hear your friend has gone off the deep end. I've heard good things about Al-Anon-- a support group for friends and loved ones of alcoholics. In the meantime, I hope he gets help soon because he is headed on a path of destruction.

    Those are gorgeous, MarieSam! And Savannah, you are too funny! I am the same way-- I have a hard time paying full price for anything. But the Nike bridal shoes are tempting me too.

    We met on OKCupid.com-- it was a total fluke too! I hadn't been using the site much but a couple of girlfriends convinced me to look online in Atlanta because there wasn't much of a dating pool where I lived at the time. FI had just moved to Atlanta and didn't know anyone, so he was going on random Internet dates. I saw his profile and decided to message him. We e-mailed back and forth for a few days and then started calling each other. We met in person 2 weeks later. And we've been together ever since!
