My dress has yet to come in yet - but I definately plan on being fitted for it barefoot! I am also liking the idea of barefeet for the wedding - FI is worried that the sand will be too hot!

we dated for one year and nine months, then we became engaged. Our engagement will last for about a year and three months. After three years of being together, we'll be married! WEEEE I am so excited!

Happily in my neck of the woods - we have now selected the BM dresses and I am going to order wedding bands on Friday! Our booking closes at the end of July and we already have 48 ppl booked! WOOHOO! So exciting. davematthews? what does your alphabetized to do list look like?

YAY!!!! Well ladies, it was a very eventful weekend, and now that I have a couple of photos to share I thought I'd show you the bridesmaid dresses that we have chosen for the wedding! They are a strange colour - teal blue near the top and it fades to a navy colour at the bottom - I think they are perfect! We found them at LeChateau (a Canadian clothing chain) for only $130.00! They are perfect and need minimal alterations. The girls will wear silver sandals. I am thrilled with the dresses as they are so wearable to other fancy dress events - versus the crummy lilac bridesmaid dress that we all have lying around.

well it looks like #1 is coming out ahead of #2. we are headed to the jewellers tomorrow and will make the final decision. thanks a lot ladies! any other votes?
