  11. Congrats and welcome, Karen and Andy! I'm based in Phoenix, and have photographed weddings all over Arizona (including Sedona), so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask as I'm very happy to help! Sedona is a really beautiful place, and there are a lot of nice venues there as well. Have fun planning! Best wishes, Tod

  14. As your photographer will be working hard all day, they will get hungry, and will want to grab a quick bite when your guests are eating. Speaking from experience, it's nice to have a real meal (preferably hot, but this is not required) and not have to eat a protein bar for dinner. And, it is common practice to provide a meal for your vendors. As far as the type of meal, it's best to speak with your caterer and find out how much more (if any) it would be to provide the same meal as your guests will receive. If it would be kinda pricey to provide the same meal, they should be able to provide a less expensive option. If you are having a buffet, the caterer or hotel probably wouldn't charge much more (if any) to include your photographer. It's best to make sure they are seated in an area where they can keep an eye out on what's happening so as not to miss anything if they need to get up quickly to capture a moment. Your photographer will definitely appreciate the fact that you fed them. Hope this helps. Best wishes, Tod
