My bridesmaid dresses arrived today! Because I have one of the Alfred Angelo "Dream in Colour" dresses, I was concerned the colours wouldn't match (we are paying for bridesmaid dresses, so I didn't want the real AA bridesmaid dresses). However! The colour was a perfect match, and only $50 US a dress! Yahoo!

I'm sorry :/ My FH's niece (who is 28, not 10 or anything) had to back out because she was pregnant, and her first daughter was our flower girl. I'm happy for her, but I know FH is disappointed she won't be there (they are so close in age, they were raised like siblings).

My father is a douche, but my mother is paying, so it rings true for us! I feel very lucky though.

Funnily enough, that's the colour of the accents on my wedding dress, and that exact dress was going to be my bridesmaid dress, until we found a cheaper match in colour. I am also wanting to have orange flowers.

We sent out STD's in May, as everyone had to book asap in our group package, and we probably won't send actual invites until early next year.

I meant the customs in mailing from America to Canada.

I'm interested in the gum and sunscreen! I can't imagine the liquor would be easy to get through customs though.

Hi Jamie! I am getting married at the Riu Jalisco next door. My wedding coordinator is Erika too. Do you mean you are getting married in a month? She is definitely slow to reply. I received an email from her this morning in response to an email I sent 3 weeks ago. A previous bride there, said that although this is scary leading up to it, when you get there, she does pull it all together. My travel agent requested the restaurant for me, but I am not sure on the 3 a day. The way it was explained to me is, they try to only do one a day, but can do up to 3 a day, and max out then. The one thing I rushed on was booking space for the party after dinner, in case there were 3 on my day! Ava

Wow, that's expensive. I don't even LIKE cake, I wouldn't pay that. But then again, like the poster above me, mine is included.

Did they give you any trouble bringing in your own photographer? Or did you just say it was a friend? So they wouldn't sub it out, and never gave you the pictures anyway? How rude!
