OK, so when I was at Davids Bridal trying on my dress I was talking to a girl about our wedding plans. She had said she was doing it on Royal Caribbean and told me how they lost her reservation 3 times. She also said they got all the documentation (passport info) wrong twice and that she was on her last nerve. Shes been dealing with this for over 6 months. However, that was one person and I didn't know her well enough to tell if it could of been her or them. However, I figured I should at least post what I heard so just beware and do a lot of research.

I think it was a great idea for you to post this. Its always difficult to feel guilty about something, but you know whats really going to be best for you. Just remember its YOUR day:-)

It is horrible seeing what everyone else has gotten done and how much I am going to have to do. You see... I have been engaged for 3 years and we finally set a date for the wedding... however, it is going to be kinda rushed since my wedding date is Sept. 16, 2008. Can you believe that? Anyways, what I have gotten done... * Wedding dress (not bought yet... but narrowed it down to 2) * Wedding rings (for both of us)... paid for but 1 week to pick up * Date... however its not official yet, haven't booked it yet... dang! * guest list (8 people... flights will be paid for... they have to book hotel room) Things that need to be done... (this is a very general and limited list) (Any additional advice let me know) * Booked the wedding at the resort we choose... narrowed down to montego bay * Send out invites * Pay for flights * find and buy dress * Pick up the wedding rings * Figure out what wedding showers we plan on having * Make guest lists for the showers * Have a small reception in the states Possibly * See about bridal party... not sure if we are going to really have one since it will be so small... * And stay under 8,000 So for anyone stressing please, just think of me and you will be so relieved... LOL!!!! Hey, any advice for getting these points Its another thing on my list...

Hey, my name is Margaret and I have been engaged for over 3 years now. We have finally set a date and decided on a destination wedding due to financial reasons. We have decided on Montego Bay on September 6, 2008... yes 2008 :-) We haven't booked it quite yet, still trying to figure out some small end things... you gotta love it:-) Today, I went to Davids Bridal and picked out two dresses... both amazing, but still needing some 2nd opinions on them. We also just picked out and paid for our wedding rings... not bad for one days work! Anyways, I am so excited to be apart of this site, and am anxiously trying to get as many points as possible to be able to fully access this site. If anyone has any advice or fun tips let me know...
