I have a question about deposit! I am a August 2009 bride, and on the first contract I received, deposit date is December 2008. However, since the previous WC left, Gaby the new WC sent me an updated contract, but she wanted me to make the deposit by Mid August this year! Did anyone need to pay deposit like a year ahead?? I emailed her, and she said she has to get it by that time. Sigh...

I have a new question, if anyone can give me a heads up. I am planning to used the photo/video option that's included in the ultimate package. How long am I expected to receive the pictures and videos?? I am going to have a banquet host in my city exactly 1 week after the wedding in Dreams, and want to project some nice pictures during the hours. Is that possible?

Actually, I have a quick question about the WC change. Gaby sent me the contract but the WC name on it is still Daniella, should I ask her to change it to her name??

My situation is a little odd, I worked with both WC. At first, I contacted the resort myself, and Claudia was the one first replied my email. Then I never got any reply from her like a few weeks. While I hired Tammy as my TA, she managed to get me in contact with Daniella. However, Daniella hasn't got back to me forever either~ All of a sudden, this week, I got all the replies that I emailed them before! I thought it was Daniella, and just found out it's Gaby used Daniella's email to send out. I am impress by the replies, although Gaby's English isn't that impressive. lolz!

It seems like they really tell everyone something differently. Pro for that, you can say that they are flexible, so you might walk out with something nice; Con though, for some people who don't read the thread or even get on this site, might miss a lot of things, pretty unfair...

Do you girls watch National Geographical Channel? the Dog Whisperer program, Cesar Millan offers some nice tips to deal with these type of problems. I just started watching this show recently, and became a fans!

Try to give them a lot of treats to lead them the way, be patient, and constantly repeat it. Give them a lot of courages, and tell them how good they are when they move towards the door or rain, even just tend to move motion! Good luck!!

This is actually my concern too. All of the family and guests are staying in the same resort. My wedding time is in the late afternoon. How can I avoid see my FI during the day before the ceremony?! lolz!

I e-mail claudia yesterday too, and she sent me price list as well. Since the price range is way beyond of my budget planning, and Dreams will not take that part off from the package price, I'll stick with Juan. Do you girls know if I don't want the album, can I just ask for more pictures to be included instead? Should I talk to the WC or Juan for this case? I rather get more pic since I am a designer, I can do my own album and get it print somewhere else cheap.

Does anyone know... I've purchased the Ultimate Packages that includes photo & video, and do I need to contact the photographers either Juan or Claudia to secure my date, or the WC will do? I am a little confused... AGAIN! thank you!

I first wanted to do the legal process and everything in Mexico, but after reading all the requirements, no way! Too much hassle, even though I still wanted to do it the day of the ceremony, because the date we picked is very meaningful to us, and we want the DATE on our paper!!
