I also fear jinxing it he he anyway, did you sign a contract? (I am in that process right now of trying to get them) what's the info on the contract stuff, what did you have to pay and commit to? Hey Pookie, I appreciate your post since I am still in the very early planning stages. I also want a private reception, still unsure about what locations would be available for (I have about 50-60 guests) me. I am still unsure about the photographer... I would like to hire Elizabeth Medina but I'm on a tight budget. In terms of rooms, are you doing a room block, if so where are your guests staying during your wedding? Hi everyone, All of you have been really helpful. I am still searching for a place in the Riviera Maya and came across the Beach Palace (in Cancun). (still waiting to hear from Dreams Cancun!) Some reviews on trip advisor say that there is no beach access is that true? The ceremony is held at the Sky terrace, but can the RECEPTION be held there too? If you have had your wedding there, PLEASE PLEASE tell me about it, or if you have visited this place for purposes of a wedding please please post! Please post any information you have on this topic. Hi everyone, I want to have my wedding at Dreams Cancun and have contacted the coordinators via the e-mails on their website and it has been more than one week since I contacted them and they have not responded. I contacted headquarters and they gave me the same e-mail addresses. Any suggestions on how I can check for availability of the hotel for my wedding date? I am freaking out because it seems like they are booking fast..(and they do one wedding a day right?) Your help is much APPRECIATED!

I am considering this place, but there is no info on the reception cost for 60 people. The package says "Dinner reservations for the wedding party up to 35 guests" does this mean reception? it doesn't state whether they can have 60 guests, or what the cost of additional guests over 35 is....if anyone knows, please post THANKS

(prefer riviera maya, but will consider Cabos) 60 guests. Private Reception Drinks (that guests don't have to pay) Coordinator that is attentive and can respond to my email within 24-48 hours.
