How much have you lost overall?
I put part of my weight loss this week to last week which reflected less than a pound weight loss. On Thursday I started my monthly, so I was probably down more than what the scale showed.
All together I have lost 8.2 lbs. I was able to do this just by drinking lots of water, no pop, and eating smaller portions and trying to cut out the junk food. As for my exercises, I have been running after my kids, and I was also working 5.5 shifts over the weekend that were really busy and I was on the go the whoile time!!! Oh yeah, I was also doing dance revolution on the weight loss setting!
