This last year ive been feeling out of wack and was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid,im now taking 75mg of thyroxine until my bloods are sorted.April 2008 i had surgery on my shoulder which needed fixinG as i had inpingment and arthritus.I consider this worked.I have had BAD problems with my tummy resulting in me now waiting for a colonoscopy my gp thinks i may have post infection IBS or maybe polyops as mum had them.I have a wait as the consultant wants to do it himself as he wants to look at my small bowel "oh joy"he also thinks i may be dairy intolerant.I didnt ask if once we get the results will i ever be better with meds etc or if my life is going to be like this. I loose so much time from work, i work as a radiology assistant so i cant run to the loo whilst working with a consultant doing biopsies not that i feel happy using the loo at work !!!!!! Today i should off been at the MJ concert insted im off to the drs again.Now my other (right) shoulder has been playing me up keeping me awake at nite.I was walking down the stairs the other day and it froze the pain made me sit on the stairs walking made it agony and i had to wait for the pain to go before getting up and whilst at work its been playing up.However on sunday whilst drying my hair i found a swelling near my left shoulder/collor bone and im a little worried i asked the radiographers at work and its to far away from my thyroid im hoping its a lymph node up .Oh i almost forgot ive had a mammo waiting for a clinic appointment as ive had a painful left boob which the radiologist i work with says is a lymph node.So with being 3 stone over weight i really am "FED UP BEING ME"

I met with a friend for dinner last night and was so impressed with her massive weight loss and the ability to keep it off for almost a year that im considering taking it up.Now let me explain,last september she was close to having to by a size 18 that means not really being able to go i most high street shops to buy trendy clothes.Her friend had heard about this diet and convinced her to take part.What she did was go to her Dr and get all her bloods done the results were sent on and from there they devised HER diet.She had weekly weigh ins and was told that by crimbo she would be in a size 10.She was and still is which is as important.If i can point out to you she has never been a size 10,well maybe when we were 15 hehe.She compared her diet plan with her friends and it was different.The friend has lost 5 stone!!!!!!!! my friend 3!!!! she looks so good.IM sold.What made her try was she didnt want to buy a 18 plus she spent the last god knows how many years at other diet clubs with very little result.The cost £400 nothing really when you add up the weekly cost of other clubs.SSSSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO im gunna do it.Im waiting for a colonoscopy so after i get that done 8 weeks maybe im signing upand hopefully ill get to find out what is making me so sick that i find myself needing a colonoscopy.For those of you shouting "girl whats the name of it " ive forgotten ill text her and post later.I just want to shout "IM GUNNA BE SKINNY"

I think i would have to say something,dress it up a little even if you went with the um are you guys just saying that and then surprizing him because if you are i think hed prefer to know as hes so gutted hes unable to speak about it and sometimes surprizes arnt the best way to go.Its worth a try you can even tell him that you thought thats what you thought they were playing at.Are you able to go the the greedy mother and say look this is the cost blah blah and when she says no say somink like i just wish wed known and instead of buying the tv wed of got you a ticket cos memories last a life time the tv wont.Youve got to paint a huge smile so she dosent think your being confrontational.Do it x She needs to step up and be there x.I think her supply of expensive gifts are over.Shed be getting lots of unwanted gifts from me in the future

oh thats bad luck i can imagine how pooh you feel,however as always theres always a blessing in disguise there will be no guilt attatched to the purchase of new ones heheh xx

pooevery has the same view as as me we all look different and im sure you wont be wearing yours the same way as her.For starters hers isnt a destination wedding,did you get your shoes yet go for a bright colour red pink,blue etc different jewelry different flowers you will look fabulous and her wedding will be a distant memory.post a pic of your dress and well help you out some more x

No wonder you have cried buckets,your ceremony looked wonderful,passionate,and truly meaningful.You make a very good looking couple.Im guessing you keep hitting the back button to watch them all over again.I loved the ceremony decor with the palm leaves very organic.Was this something you asked for or was it part of the resort set up?

Thanks girls. sand2487 do you have any details yet.I have been a little no actually a lot miffed that the accomodation we picked ocean hideaway that one of the girls recommended is not being rented out from April 2010 it was only $140 dollors a nite and was just perfect its own pool hammock patio area bbq and a fantastic view.To say im gutted is an understatment but hey it want meant to be so im now looking for somethig else.We are going just by ourselves so a very simple ceremony nit to many bows andwhistles and im thinking well do the laau in the evening.The picture i have of my weddingday is a white soft top car Paul at the wheel and us both looking over our shoulders with the mauid forever sign hanging from the back and my hair blowing in the breeze .Im barking mad i know but i gotta have that piccie hehehe

Im sure your dad would put his arms around you and say its ok he wouldnt want you to be getting so upset about it he knows how much you love and miss him its in your heart.So do the best you can to get some or get a good friend to take the pressure off by calling around.Do you have a garden centre where you can buy a peony tree/shrub and even if its not in flower plant it in your garen or in a tub in the morning.Your wedding day.OR do you know anyone that has a peony in there garden that you can cut some flowers from OR is there a girly on here right now that has a real touch peony bouquet they could lend you for tomorrow. paul and i have started working at a local cabaret/party/hen place which is only 2 minutes up the road.I worked there 6 years ago when my marriage was dead as a way to make him think i was out having a good time.He was never home!!! sorry i went off track then anyways Josh my 17 year old is now working up there and he came home saying he loved it and they wanted more staff.The owner used to come in the mexican restuarant when i was assistant manager and wanted me to go work for him.So every other weekend we both go up there Paul does the bar its an all inclusive place so everyone has a great tome i waitress and after the first nite Paul said hes never worked so hard.The money is pants £40 each for 7 till 2 in the morning.But do you know what when i fall into bed its £80 we wouldnt of had and quite honestly saturday nite had turned into stuffing our faces with chocs and sweets a glass of wine or 2 and waking up on the sofa having missed the end of a program.So thats how we are actually making our wedding fund and with Paul selling stuff on ebay(HES GOT LOADSA STUFF) the bonus this week its michael jackson tribute with a man named Javi who had worked for MJ as a decoy so im super excited about seeing him and adding to the wedding pot

ok honesty is the best policy right,here goes you look much slimmer in dress1 and im sure that for most of us normal size women thats a good part of feeling special.I would l loose the straps bustle the back and i imagine you will feel like every bride should on there wedding day.Dress 1 is different im sure you see lots of brides in dress 2 by that i mean the drapping. Be different because dress 1 stands out as an original .You wont see another bride in your dress which is also important to me.I love the gold twinkle will you be adding a veil,tiara what jewelry will you wear.I wonder if you are drawn to dress 2 because its white and shiny?x

If its an at home wedding then no i wouldnt wear white pants.Destination wedding yep id be fine.hope that helps

5 and 7 are my favs.On number 5 can you get the straps altered so it sits straight rather than hugging your neck almost like the next one like where your bra strap would go.Its very pretty i love the beading on 7 and the draping and the sparkles on the straps.It looks like you had fun x
