We secured the booking yeeeee hahahaha

What we are going to do is scatter rock sweets all over the tables like you would petals,for the guests to help themselves to.We will get them done in our wedding colours and have just married or mrs and mrs.We are keeping it very simple,as it is just a handful of friends {4} and our children and our parents.At the end of the night the kids can scoop whats left into there pockets.we only have 20 guests x

UPDATE After searching the web all evening for a new venue i finally made it to bed at 2.30 this morning.True to her word Fairlie emailed me with some positive news.There is another property that sleeps 14 our exact number that for september is £2,500 500 cheaper than the original.It is 5 mins closer to the club house but the only downside is its one big villa so no escaping the family for a week!!!!We are now waiting for her to come back to us she is going to explain that we were badly let down and hope he agrees to allowing us the september rate.If he dosent we are screwed so fingers crossed.As far as the club goes we are not to worried about it closing 2 days before we leave.We have a pool and will hire cars so we can tour the island on these days or spend our days doing different things if we wish.I am no good at pasting the website but if you girlies want to check it out if you put in the search engine The Peligoni Club Zante it will take you there.The house we were looking at was Stouvega the new one is Askalia with the wedding taking place at the club.I just hope it all works out.Thankyou all for your support.I would love your opinions xx oh she also said he is building a new property in the grounds that will sleep 6/8 so if we were to get some late bookers we can book more

Tonite i look at my emails and i find one from the Peligoni club.We planned on flying to Greece on the 31st of august.The rate for august is £5,500 the rate for september is £3,000.We figured he would charge us a little more.Oh no hes charging the whole £5,500 WTF we cant do that.There is no way we can financially do this and even if we could im not sure we would on principle.I felt sick tonite because the villa slept 18 and there is no where else that sleeps that many.His reason for being such an arse is because the Peligoni club closes on the 6th which is where we would be getting married.I also found that out today which wouldnt be a problem just means we need to firm up a date.The lady that emailed me has said she may be able to negotiate with the owner of 4 villas that are rifgt next to one another.They are more expensive than the original but right now im clinging to the thought that she can sort it for us.The lady im speaking with has replied to my email i sent late tonite saying she is angry but hopes to sort something and is using a contact in Zante to negotiate a price for us.I am very grateful that she emailed me back at 10.30 tonite and feel a little more positive going to bed.I do believe in fate and what will be will be and there is a good reason for it but right now i could poke the greedy greek in the eye with a very sharp stick.Im only playing but hes made me mad and sad Thanks for reading and allowing me to vent xx

I love luther vandross dance with my father again,just because i would stand on his feet whilst he twirled me around.Last fathers day i sent him a card with a little girl dancing with her feet on her daddys and he cried just looking at the picture before ever reading the words

When we announced our revised plans to include our children and our parents pauls mum and dad said we are not sure because of the cat.!!!! WTF this cat is a real witches cat that hides under a pile of blankets never goes out and would attack you for walking past it.I didnt say anything that evening not even to Paul who didnt say anything.The next morning i call my mum who says do they do a direct flight from here (ireland)i dont think they do?your dad wont fly anywhere unless they fly from Shannon airport.WTF.Unfortunatly my mum got the wroth of my tongue when i told her pauls mum and dads comments and then hers so the best thing i could do was to just take Pauls two girls that were thrilled at being bridesmaids.Or she leave him and come by herself.The conversation dried up and she said ill ask him.His response was if she wants us there i guesss we better go.I lovvvvvvee my dad.As for Pauls parents a good male frend of mine bought up the wedding to Eddie saying how cool it was. He mentioned he was concerned about the cat and my friend told him put it in the cattery you wouldnt want to miss your only sons wedding would you !!!.In fact my male friend has even said hell come to wedding fairs with me.Hes married aswell,hes got my back.He was the guy that introduced us when we were both newly on our own.Im sure his wedding speech will be interesting.Its so cool to get my daily wedding fix with such a friendly group of brides to be xx thanks to all of you and especially Tammy and all the mods,go girls xxx

Ive not trashed a dress but there are lots of girls who have.Im just thinking i dont know of anyone who has posted there dress got ruined.Infact most have said the dress was cleaner.I have been to lots of wedding shops and fairs lately and all have offered the information that there dresses go in the washing machine on a 30 cycle.Im not sure if that can be said of silk dresses,but im sure youll be fine.I purchased a basque for £250 that retails for £3,000 at a wedding fair it was grubby so a good friend of mine laid it in a bath of liquid washing detergent and a toothbrush and it came out beautifully.We drip dried it on the hanger on the line sat back and watched it twinkle in the sunlight and if im honest breathed a sigh of relief but it worked

Your dress is very pretty and you loveee it so you should not give the heat another thought.If were honest were hot in our bikinis so were gunna be hot in any dress.We should consider ourselves lucky the guys are without exception going to be in shirts and long trousers.Weve got it easy LOL.I would much rather have the problem of heat than rain which is what id have if we were getting married in England.Seriously your dress is lovely dont worry another nerve on it xxxxx

If you would be good enough to find out the cost of packaging i would love to buy it from you.I will understand if you find it to much trouble.Ive just asked Paul how much did he think it would be when i explained its a veil from america he said he didnt think it would be to much maybe $10 dollors? Hi im not having my dad walk me down the isle either,he dosent know it yet!! im sure he wont mind.I have been married twice before the second time we went off to jamaica just the two of us.This time i had the guilty feeling of leaving them all behind including my children.So we curtailed our wedding in Hawaii for a DW wedding closer to home (GREECE) so they can be there.Our wedding is going to be very laid back im gunna have my parents and pauls and our friends there with our boys,leaving pauls two girls walking in to music playing and then me walking in with a different piece of music.The only traditional thing im doing is keeping out of pauls sight until i arrive.Dont feel guilty im sure he wont even realize it could of been n the agenda x

I was at a wedding fair last weekend and they had a candy buffet stand.I loved it they had huge martini glasses with all the sweets the same colour.I love the idea of doing this keeping the sweets matching the wedding colours

I wanted Paul to wear something comfy and new it would be linen.Whilst shopping yesterday we found THE suit. Baby blue trousers and jacket and my four boys and pauls son are wearing just the trousers and ? white linen shirts.Of course i will post photos when i can get i him to model it.He thought if he tried the jacket and it fitted he didnt need to try the trousers.I had news for him hhehe

Decision made this weekend after we bought Pauls suit and the boys trousers.The suit is baby blue linen. So baby blue and orange however i still love the hot pink!!! can i do all three?

Honestly i love the first one it makes you look tiny,Well you are tiny but i like the way it sits on you waist and the sparkle on the straps.I think its very pretty and different.The second one looks good on you but i prefer the simplier line on you.Hope that helps xxxx decisions!!!!
