I think it was just under $3K for 40 people, over half was alcohol...oops. So the meal was $1400
Included:
Guacamole made to order in front of guests
Appatizers were mussels, calamarie and scallops
Seafood platter on these really cool aluminum boats with fire that had lobster
tails, shrimp, and tuna steaks.
Mexican platters included tamales, enchiladas and pork, chicken, beef.
Trio of desserts: fried icecream, chocolate and cheesecake.
THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS FABULOUS TOO. Very cool location, great service and scenery.
