I did tip the hair lady on the day of.... our hair was paid in the final bill so we just gave a tip. We did tip the servers, they do get tipped out so it was nothing major... and like I said we just threw it all in the pot (tip from us, our parents, and fam/friends that asked about it) and gave it to Lindsay to give out on the last day. A little here and there is nice too. Whatever goes. They don't expect it!

Hi girls, we handled the tipping the next day for the wedding. Your servers will be there the whole week. There are some really great servers in the background too, so what we did was pooled money with our guests that wanted to tip- they'll probably ask you about it- and gave it to Lindsay to divi up. We did give additionally to Aldo and Charlie because they did so much extra for us! It is not expected, so any way you want to do it is great. I tipped Lindsay too- but no one else. She handles that.

Nice garden! We haven't tried a veggie garden yet, but are addicted to working in our perinnial gardens, we just ordered 50 more plants and shrubs after visiting the Mn landscape arboretum on thursday night! I guess we are going for the nicest acre on the block! We love landscaping, we even go to our family's homes and help them, ha! We also have a herb garden that does well every year. So shade gardens are the toughest to grow... I have a pretty good list of perinnials that do well in shade if anyone is interested.

Well it looked Beautiful!!!! I actually just used the hurricane vases. Lindsay said your lanters looked beautiful with the ring of flowers around the base, but she thought the hurricane's would be better on my tables because I didn't have flowers to accent the lanterns.

Steph, that stinks! Ugh... I know my coworker here in DM is having probs selling her house without taking a loss too. Stupid market, wish I could help more than sympathize.

I am so sorry... and good for you for having a good attitude! I am glad you are staying positive for your FH. Im sure it is really hard on him and by comforting him your love says volumes! He'll never forget how you were there for him. Enjoy your wedding! It is about you and him.
