 I had heard 8 from other girls on here before, but I also asked Ana in an email and Gabriela responded that they would hold 8, 9, or 10. But I'm not sure if the variation means that you could squeeze in up to 10 or if that means that there are different size tables?  I am assuming that each table could seat 8 comfortably but that you could possibly fit up to 10.

Yes, this is just fine. You don't have to use the resort photographers. And as someone else mentioned, it's only if you are bringing in someone local for the day that there seems to be any issue. Â

I have Doremixx booked as well - this is crazy!!! I will go totally bridezilla if anyone tries to tell me I have to use someone different! Â And a new videographer as well?? Anyone know who they will be using?

Thanks Angie  I finally was able to order the dresses today, whew!!! Cute dress Angie!!! Where'd you get it from? Â I actually went shopping with one of my BMs this morning so I think we are very close to ordering dresses as well. I'm letting them all pick out different dresses from the same line in the same colour. Probably going to order them online. I will feel really relieved once that order is placed - I'm feeling so stressed that we've waited so long!

 How are all my December girls doing?  FI's dad said to me the other day "wow, it's only 3 and a half months till your wedding" and I was thinking "oh my god, don't remind me!". Seriously I felt bad, that's just the wrong reaction, I should be excited!!! But instead I'm freaking out about all the stuff I still want to do between then and now. Oh and the fact that I dunno now I'm gonna pay for it all, lol. Feeling a little stressed at the moment!

 I can't comment on the difference between the ceremonies themselves but I have heard of at least a few brides who have had MAJOR problems getting their documents in order after doing a legal ceremony. There have been comments on the FB fan page from girls that have gotten married like 6 months ago and are still waiting for their marriage certificates...  So, I was already thinking about getting married at home first and then just doing a symbolic ceremony at the resort, mainly to save cost and hassle, but hearing these horror stories from past brides has made me decide for sure not to do the legal stuff down there!  Oh gosh, this is either going to be a nightmare... or maybe I will actually get a response from them with less than a 2 month wait! Geez, that would be nice!!! Â

I recently emailed Ana about our rehearsal dinner and I wonder if they are changing their tune from before.. she said it wouldn't be a problem to have our rehearsal dinner in one of the restaurants, and I told her it would be approximately 20 of us. She did say though that she couldn't confirm the location until a week prior, and we would have to choose a set menu. Fine by me!

FI and I call this "end of the line syndrome": huge line in front of you and no one behind you... I hate that!

I had the exact same "problem"! People were raving about my boarding pass STDs and my fiance kept joking "and those are just the save the dates!!!". More recently when I said I was working on invitations, people looked genuinely confused and said "there's more?!?". Yeah I definitely felt the pressure to make my invites just as good or better. I did passport invites and almost gave up and just did simple invites half way through designing them (I'm a student and was just SO busy at the time), but literally this expectation kept me tied to the passport idea - people would have been disappointed otherwise, lol!

Yeah there are a few things I keep wondering about whether I should just buy it in Mexico (like maracas, and stuff for my OOT bags). It's a GREAT idea, but never having been to Cancun on Playa del Carmen I'm not totally sure about what's available and for how much. More importantly, do I want to be spending my time in Mexico shopping for these things?!? I think there might be a few things I could get down there (basic stuff like snacks and postcards for my OOT bags, for example), but I don't want to leave anything important to chance... Like my mom was trying to convince me to just wait and get dresses for my flower girls down there, and just last week was suggesting I wait and get FI's ring down there cause it would be cheaper! I'm like no I am not leaving those things that long - imagine if you got down there and couldn't find what you wanted?!
