I haven't decided on a resort yet, but this was one of my top choices =( I personally asked my TA to voice my disapproval. I emailed Nancy, and I will continue to complain. I really hope this is resolved for you and for the rest of us who are interested in this otherwise amazing resort.....

wow, thanks guys.. what an amazing welcome =) my fiance and i are driving ourselves nuts trying to narrow down our search. we're planning to visit riviera maya in may, hopefully we'll fall in love with a resort and we can begin our planning =)
