We got engaged on our 1 year anniversary of dating and we will be together for 3 years when we get married. -
I called the Hotel directly and they told me that the rates wouldn't be out until the end of April or beginning of May just as SIMBASIM said. Then we were wondering how our TA could give us a quote if the rates weren't out yet. Our TA uses Travel Impressions I guess. It was on the back of her magazine she gave us. We are leaving Feb 23 and coming back March 7 and she quoted us $7100 (12 days). We got our flights already because we had enough points on our Travel Visa. But I'm hoping the rates go down.

I was thinking the same thing. I was looking over our contract and talking with my FI about the cocktail hour. I really don't think we are going to do the cocktail hour because after the wedding we can just go straight to dinner. I'm thinking about saving money and that would be $550 dollars towards something else. But then I was thinking what are the guest going to do for an hour while we are taking pics? I guess that's where the cocktail hour comes in. I don't know!!!! Has any other Dreams Brides had a cocktail hour and wished they didn't? -

In my opinion I like the coral because it compliments the flowers and the BM dresses. I also like the Turquoise but looking at the flowers and BM dresses I'm not quite sure if it would mesh well. Just my two cents. But I'm quite sure whatever you choose will look great. Hope it helps. -
