How many differrent colors of sand are you suppose to have and when is it done?? Thanks a bunch! this is what claudia sent me for the sand ceremony, which she said was no problem to incorporate, even with a civil ceremony (i was afraid i wouldn't be able to add anything). i would think most use two colors of sand. and i guess it can be done sort of like a unity candle, where your mothers or parents first fill (or bring up) the two separate containers, and then the two of you fill the larger, center container. _________________ & _______________, you have just sealed your relationship by the giving and receiving of rings, and this covenant is a relationship pledge between two people who agree that they will commit themselves to one another throughout their lives. The most beautiful example of this partnership is the marriage relationship. You have committed here today to share the rest of your lives with each other. Today, this relationship is symbolized through the pouring of these two individual containers of sand one, representing you, ______________ and all that you were, all that you are, and all that you will ever be, and the other representing you, _________________ and all that you were and all that you are, and all that you will ever be. As these two containers of sand are poured into the third container, the individual containers of sand will no longer exist, but will be joined together as one. Just as these grains of sand can never be separated and poured again into the individual containers, so will your marriage be.

well, i did it! i managed to make it over the 10 lb. mark! LOL it's silly how happy it made me to have lost 10 pounds, since i have SO much more to lose, and i should have lost more than that in 8 weeks. best of luck to you all, and i'll see you in BL4! -
we have it on our website listed immediately under the heading, "Guests NOT Staying at Dreams": "If you must find alternative accommodations elsewhere, but wish to attend our wedding, a day pass may be purchased." i think that pretty clearly states that staying elsewhere is not ideal, and that we will not be paying extra for those who choose not to stay at our wedding resort--that it will be ON THEM--and i think i said it nicely enough. i didn't mention the cost of the pass, but i did list our travel agent's contact information stating that she could help them find alternative accommodations and answer any questions they might have.

Where is everyone registering?

wow that's got to be really hard to take, and so hard when people look to you to always be the strong one ... i'm so sorry! you definitely have the forum for support. hang in there! be proud that your wedding will offer your family a joyous occasion to get together for, and know that your dearly departed will be there in spirit.

yay i found your review! sorry i nagged you! we booked the jr. jacuzzi suite too ... i'll have to make it a point to use that jacuzzi! LOL i can't believe you guys never got in it! did you use the jacuzzi at the spa? so glad gustav gave you a break long enough for the ceremony ... yours are the first pictures i've seen with bubbles! i was starting to think bubbles at a wedding were just a local phenomenon! never really thought about doing dinner in the ballroom just to get some air conditioning! might have to consider that! love your beer coozies (or whatever they're called) and looks like everyone had a fab time! a million congrats! -
