yay! i heart top chef ... so glad i found this thread! the one girl on there is from philly at works at eric ripert's restaurant, 10 arts bistro lounge. now i kinda want to go check it out (10 ARTS | by Eric Ripert - Restaurant • Lounge). she also seems to me the most talented/experienced of the girls this season.

that's probably just another thing that doesn't exactly match up with the books. i was intrigued when i first heard there were books too, but now i'm thinking i don't want to read them because it will piss me off when stuff is different, lol.

haha erika! maybe he would have liked it better if he had been looking up at you instead of directly at the camera. but he is sweet and also correct: you look absolutely gorgeous.

that's amazing erika, i would have never thought to alter a bra! and what a great price. my stupid bra was $70 and there isn't anything even special about it (nor did it even fit properly).

finzup, last time i was on a low-carb diet i needed cough syrup ... they are totally loaded with sugar, so i asked the doc if the kind he was prescribing was sugar free. well he gave me all kinds of crap about it and basically ended up telling me i should just get gastric bypass surgery. needless to say, i was livid. if i'm going so far as to ask for sugar free cough medicine then clearly i am TRYING!!! haha whoops i just got mad about it all over again and hijacked the thread to rant ... sorry! what i *meant* to say was feel better soon!
