  1. Hi, I know a girl from theknot.com that got married there last year. She said it was really nice and they treated her great. She also used the resort's photographer and the pics came out nice. She highly recommended this place because they are not expensive as the other resorts. I've tried to email them about wedding package prices with no luck. I didn't see them listed online a few months ago...could they be remodeling? By any chance, would you have the wedding package info? Thanks
  2. Hi ladies, I haven't posted in a while and I'm still debating on having my vow renewal in PR. Can anyone recommend an inexpensive photographer? I've checked a couple of photogs online and noticed that they are pricey!!! Also, what is the average cost for a photographer there? Thanks
  3. Your wedding was gorgeous! Thank you for sharing your review Congrats!
  4. I'm so sorry to hear Damn this swine flu. I hope you are still able to have your dream wedding soon.

  6. Hi and welcome to the forum! PDC is a great choice
  7. The owner of the my liquor store recommended Arbor Mist because alot of people use it for wedding toasts. Arbor Mist comes in many flavors. Also, I just tried Korbel brut and it didn't taste too sweet at all but was a little dry. What you can do is try one of these and see which one you like the best. I know Arbor Mist was about $7 and I can't remember what the price was for Korbel.
  8. I have a two year old daughter and have been debating this as well. In my way of thinking, Jamaica is more of a place for couples. Plus, I'm sure you want to spend quality time with your man. Are you thinking of having an at home reception? If so, you can have some type of ceremony...maybe have your hubby present a medallion necklace to your son acknowledging that he will be there for him as his stepfather By the time we do our vow renewal, our daughter will be older. We are always with her and parents do need a break from their kids lol! I think you should go for it!
  9. Hi and welcome to the forum! I'm in CT as well
  10. I'm so sorry to hear about the church situation. Does the Marriott Casa Magna no longer perform catholic ceremonies there? I know a bride who had a catholic ceremony there last year in the gazebo. What they did was enclosed the gazebo to make it an alter. Her wedding was amazing!

He likes how secluded it is from other hotels. This resort is on my top list of places to stay. Congrats!
