oh congrats lady! you are sooo lucky! I got in touch with the rep at moon palace, and got told no bookings til march/april for 2010 bookings - so you are very lucky indeed!

We are going to ask our guests to wear bold, bright colours - I think the colours will come up great in pictures! We are going to put in on our invites nearer the time!

I have naturally curly hair, but find that in the heat, it normally calms down....never been to mexico so don't know if its going to react that way there!lol I do want my hair curly on my wedding day...not frizzy tho! Any advice from previous brides would be appreciated!

waw neen that is such a neat idea for a present...a bit like getting someone a charm bracelet and buying them a charm for each birthday...brilliant! h2b has a godchild, and for their first birthday, he opened her a bank account, and got her a token from Spaceform - contemporary glass gifts. - I love their tokens, and since giving the godchild one, they have gave us many in return for birthdays, and at xmas time there! I have been in the same situation, and always chose my mum...except last year...when h2b and I went to the canary islands for some festive holiday sunshine. I remember feeling rotten for it, and even though I knew my mum had people with her, I still felt rotten. Now my mum is no longer with us, and I do regret going away last year, but I can't change the past...and I done it because h2b and I wanted to. Anyway, I'd say stick to your guns...I know h2b and have spent xmas apart a few times because of the family issues....is that not something you'd consider? We saw each other xmas morning, but not til the next day...and to be honest, it worked fine because we see each other everyday. Hope everything works out for you lady...keep us posted. X

Hi and welcome to the forum! We started planning about the same length of time ahead as you have - it is great, means you can get your finances in order (are at least in a better position!) and gives you plenty of time to get the planning perfect....but the downside is the waiting game! But it will all be worth it in 2011 - happy planning lady!

i have to say, i'm one of the few who prefers number 1! but ultimately its ur decision lady, you need to feel comfortable in it!
