I ordered the luggage just before christmas and it was here within a week...was super fast!!! If you order it now, you might have it in time to use it to go! I was reading on skyservice the other night and you can also reserve specific seats..the cost is $35. I believe a few in our group may be doing this as my noni (grandma) is 85 and will probably wanna be close to the front. It's something to think about.

I've heard that there is both. There is an actual key for some rooms and the others have the cards. I guess it just depends on what room you get.
