I would let them know ahead of time but ask them to pay. Its their choice whether they would like to stay at a different resort. You are offering them the option to stay at yours and they chose not to.

Nice review. Sounds like you had a great time. Thanks for the tip about the bartender..is that the same in all riu's? You review makes me think that I should of chose that resort..I was debating between the two. Did u feel crowded at any point during your stay?

Got to thinking whether I should stay in wedding dress for my reception and the disco or change into something else?? What's everyone doing for their wedding?

you know what I would do? Go in the with attitude, this is my wedding and nothing is going to ruin it for me - that way if some small things happen it won't get to you. I'm sure everything will work out fine. There are a lot of negative people in this world.

That's strange..are you sure chandyln received it. I asked her a question just last week and had a reply by monday and didn't even have a confirmation yet. I would send it again and see if you receive a response.
