    I was worried about just sending over money without having a signed contract, but is that how these things usually work? It seems a bit scary to do that.

    I am in the middle of booking my photographer and she sent me a contract for us to sign and there was a place for her to sign, but she didn't actually sign it. She just typed in her name and the date. Did your vendors do the same? I'm just worried if something bad happens, she could say it's not a legitimiate contract because she never signed it. I emailed her and asked her to sign it and fax it and have yet to hear back from her. I wanted to see if anyone else had similar experiences or not.

    So my hair is naturally very straight. I was recently in a wedding in the California wine country where the air was pretty dry so I curled my hair and it looked so good!! I really want to curl my hair for my own wedding but I just don't think it will hold up in the humidity Does anyone have any special products or tricks to help in this department? I wear my hair down and straight everyday and would love to find a way for my hair to look different on the big day!

    If you put all the TA and accomodation info on your website, did you include it in the invitation too? Or did you just refer them to the website?

    I think that is a great idea and you should take advantage of the registry being offered by the photographer!

    I heard back from the WC and she did not mention Mr. Iberostar. She said if you stay on the Del Mar side, they use Apple Vacations and if you stay on the Beach side, they use Funjet. Weird how the different sides use different agencies. You'd think they'd use the same since they're sister hotels.

    I did a body wrap last summer and I lost several inches-about 12 all over! Make sure you do the wrap where you get on the elliptical-like machine. They say it helps your body get rid of toxins-and it makes you feel great afterward as a bonus! I did an infrared "wrap" recently and it sucked! All it did was make me really really hot!

    I LOVE your AHR dress and the BM dress! I was considering that exact style for my BM's!! Do mind telling me how much they were? There are only 2 stores in Dallas that carry that line according to their website and I haven't had a chance to go yet.

    This girl sounds like a horrible person. What kind of friend would treat you like this? If it is this bad now-imagine how bad it would be if she was a BM in your wedding! Has she always been so negative and such an awful friend? You do not need to deal with this negativity in your life, and you certainly shouldn't have to deal with it during your wedding. I know it's easier said than done, but you need to get rid of this girl. She is toxic!!

    They said the minimum is 50, but if it's that close and you're willing to pay, I'm sure they would work with you. Did you meet with Reyna? I have corresponded with her via email and she has been very helpful so far. Thanks for sharing the pics!!! Duh! I just realized you went to the Lindo/Maya. I was talking about the del Mar location.

    Love love love the pics! We have a pug that looks like your baby and I am going to incorporate him into our wedding too. I'm dressing him up in a sombrero for the STD's and then I want to do something similar with the tables! Great idea

    The WC at Iberostar told me you can rent out the Tropical Restaurant for $800 for 4 hours if you want a private event.

    I was wondering that same thing. I emailed the WC at the hotel to see if she recommended any travel agencies in particular. Curious if she'll recommend Mr Iberostar
