    I'm going through the same thing as you. At first my TA was awesome in term of answering questions and doing research on the resorts for me, but once everyone starts putting down their deposits, we seen less effort from her...

    Thanks Jessicuzie for the link!! Damarys is getting pretty good and quick at replying e-mails now. She usually takes a day or two to reply now instead of 3 weeks like before.

    I'm getting married on Grand Riviera Princess in December, 2008. GSP and GRP are sister hotels. I believe both share the same lobby and restaurants.     I'm thinking of flying my photographer out of Toronto for my wedding at Grand Riviera Princess from Nov. 30 - Dec. 7.     I wrote 3 e-mails to her more than 1 month ago and still no reply from her. Back then it was 1-2 week at most when I receive her e-mail...but that changed since I put down the deposit!! Talking to her on the phone is not easy either since the phone reception in Mexico isn't that great.

    Poor you, JennyK!! My TA told us the other way around. She said everyone should contact her directly that way I won't have to worry about anything. You should definitely find another TA. Good Luck!!

    I used both Silver and Gold paint pens with my chocolate envelopes. I actually prefer using the Gold one since it stands out quite well.
