Crap I just totally forgot to weigh in ~ i've been off kilter this week with jury duty and in between that reading too many threads on the forum

It's dress week at Ross ~ I got the cutest black maxi dress for $14.99, among a ton of other dresses and tops of course, but my most expensive dress was $14.99

Maybe it's just me but I don't think there should really be a "guideline" or "according to etiquette" price tag when it comes to giving your bridal party gifts. I think gifts are given from the heart and should be based on each bride/groom's budget. In essence a destination wedding in itself is outside the norm of the traditional wedding format, so I think it should be contingent on what you feel is appropriate. Of course I'd love to give my gals the world and spoil them rotten, who wouldn't? But I'm not gonna break the bank because some book tells me to. In my case, I have 10 bridesmaids, including my maid of honors and my junior bridesmaid. I also have 2 potential flowers girls (they're not 100% coming at this point). If I went along with the guideline I'd be totally broke therefore etiquette can kiss my ass, lol. Our wedding is on June 26th, and that will be the 10th year anniversary of our first date!!

Ok so Ima be totally honest and say I'm not even trying to have sexy lingerie under the dress, all I'm worried about is comfort and lookin damn good, lol Luckily I'm wearing a corset so the D's will be held tight, as for the undies -- something soft and comfortable, but definitely something that will help keep the gut sucked in, hehehe sexy aint it?

Incredible.....isn't there such a thing called freedom of speech? Since when have vendors become so paranoid and sensitive that they can't accept honest criticism? Crazy how they want you to give them recommendations for them to post, but God forbid they get a not-so-positive critique and they become all litigous.
