    I ended up purchasing some straw bags online. Received them a week before I walked into Target and saw those bags!!! I was soo sad! I love the bags that I ordered, however, I could have saved a lot of money!!! The bags at Target are perfect for a destination wedding!

    We actually registered with honeymoonwishes. We just decided because of the fact that we are having a destination wedding so if anyone wanted to get us a gift, it would be something related to our honeymoon and it's something they don't have to ship to us. A friend of mine used it also. She was married in Jamaica (just her and the husband) so I sent them a gift through honeymoon wishes.

    This is a wonderful thread!!! I am soo glad I read this now. Our wedding is in October and I was just thinking about upgrading the wedding cake to something else. I think I'm going to just go with the standard cake that comes with our package. I also like the ideal of a welcome dinner. Very good idea! Thanks again! This was extremely helpful!

    I am getting my invitations done by Passion Paper (Unique Handmade Wedding Invitations, Beach Wedding Invitations, Custom Wedding Invitations, Tropical Wedding Invitations). The designer is wonderful and has soo many good styles to choose from. I got my save the dates from wedding paper divas, excellent service also!

    You can also check Ebay. I found all my ribbon on Ebay and it was cheaper than if I got it at Michaels or Hobby Lobby (even with the shipping). I did a lot of comparison.

    I was leery also on what my bridesmaids should wear and I was worried about if they could afford their dress. Since were having our wedding in Jamaica I didn't want everyone to spend a lot of money. But I asked them to wear cream. I don't care what style it is, whatever flatters their figure and looks good to them. However, it has to be cream. So I say, if you want them to wear white, then that's what you should stick to. Old Navy does have a lot of white dresses and they are pretty reasonably priced. They just have to do some looking - that's all!

    Tara, you dress is beautiful. I had so much fun finding my dress. I went with my mom and my matron of honor and my brother! It was a lot of fun. Congrats!

    Your shoes are beautiful. I'm not in the search for shoes. I need to go on that website. Walking around in them at home will definitely help break them in for you to make sure they are comfortable! Great Choice!

    I am a huge Alica Keys fan and I love that song No One!!! Our first dance song is an old song by Lenny Williams called Cause I love you. We were trying to decide between Cause I love you and Like you'll never see me again by Alica Keys. But Lenny Williams Won! We will definitely have both songs play. Maybe back to back..LOL LOL

    Definitely check Michaels and Hobby Lobby. I was going to do my own message in a bottle and they have the shells and sand at Hobby Lobby here where I live. I didn't see sand at Michaels but I saw the shells. Hopes this helps!
