    I agree w/ Harty. Have all 66 booked already? If so, I'd say just cut out the day-before ice cream social. They'll be happy enough kicking it in JA with you anyway. (Maybe you can do something free on the beach or meet up somewhere that won't cost you extra) You don't want to be worrying about trying to squeeze in the extra 26 while you're enjoying your wedding day. BTW- your wedding website is so cute! You did a nice job!

    I have a pretty small wedding party-- just my sister and two bridesmaids- they're all veeerrry different shapes and sizes so we went to try on dresses and I told them to pick whatever fit them best, and was most flattering in the same color. One is over 6' tall, my sis is short & curvy like me, and the other bridesmaid is somewhere in between, so they all had a different idea of what looked best on them. Here's what they chose!     I'm 10 months out too, and I'm pretty much where you are, except I made a wedding website & started sending out my save-the-dates. (A close cousin got engaged last month so I had to get moving on those before they set their date!) I think you're doing great with your planning!

    Mine is doing ours for free- just travel expenses. She also did an engagement shoot & will do a TTD shoot for us as well, so it really works out price-wise.
