I was frustrated by the same thing while planning my GPJ wedding earlier this year. It all worked out for us (and frankly, most of the details were settled during our meeting the day before the wedding, when the coordinator sat with us and wrote everything down on a sheet of paper...) but I agree with the suggestion to get someone on the phone for any questions you might have. I'd say that people are still talking about how much fun it was that we all got to go on vacation together! People have told us that was the best vacation they've had in a long time. And they especially loved being at an all-inclusive resort-- didn't have to worry about extra expenses once they got there. Re: the wedding- people loved our rain location--we were supposed to get married at a garden gazebo outside but it rained earlier that day so they moved us to the spa area, which was really elegant with columns and the like. And people really loved that we had a steel drum band!
