chibi planning post- post wedding

wow! everything looks awesome!!! -
hmmmm..I'd say, if you MUST get married in the states then keep is hush hush. Tell FMIL that you've changed your mind and will just do the legal stuff in Mexico...how will they know you didn't. ONLY have one or two friends that you can trust come with you. And as far as everyone else knows, you're getting married in Mexico, not the states. I agree that it's completely not fair for one family to be there and the other family not even have the option. The only other solutioin would be to actually do the legal stuff in Mexico (if you don't want to lie to people). Sorry if I'm not being much help. Good luck! Keep us posted!!!!

I haven't sent anything out to the guests yet, so I would have to skip that and just ask people if they're coming and ask them for their deposit. So, I'm thinking maybe I'll just forget about booking it as a group and pay for a cocktail party if we want one. I just wanted to see what others have done! Sorry I'm just asking random questions... I don't have much in the way of answers yet to help anyone else out! Thanks! When is your wedding date? We're booking through a group. With our group guests don't put a deposit down on their room, when they book their room, they have to pay in full. That being said, the rooms are on hold until 45 days before our wedding, so we're telling people they don't have to book their room until November if they have to wait to save money.

I have no idea about vinegar. I have a confesstion...We ran an errand with FMIL tonight and then she took us to Caraba's for dinner...wich was PURE TORTURE! (how can you say "no"). But for dinner we both basically had salad, FI's had chicken in it and mine had talapia...we were able to pass up the bread in olive oil dip and passed on the "potatoe" for tonight since we had meat in our salads. I'm feeling really guilty, but we are both going back and picking up on Day 3 tomorrow. On a side note...I'm less bloated, my ring, which has been "snug" for a while is comfortable (I haven't worn it since Sat because of that whole serrated spatula + thumb = bad thing...I posted a thread on it LOL).

From FL "Also, tour information can be found on our web-site Palace Resorts - Tours . Have your guest log on there so that they can make arrangements. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. Have a fabulous day!" When you go to the link, it says this "If you want to request additional information regarding the included tours, Elite Tours representatives are available at all Palace Resorts from 8:00am to 8:00pm. You can also write to: [email protected] Note: Reservation required upon arrival to the resort. Services are arranged through Elite Tours. Departure days, times and prices are subject to change without prior notice." I'm thinking you might be able to email them to set up your tours ahead of time to make sure they don't fill up. If you want, I can give you the email address of my contact in FL and maybe she can find out who's helping your TA (if it's not her). She's only in the office Monday, Wed, and Fri and it takes 24-48 hours to get a response...but she does respond! Let me know.

Should I be more pushy bc i need answers NOW haha. Who do I talk to to set my cocktail hour up?? I have a TA, but I am also in direct contact with the resort. I set up my own ceremony and stuff and just used the TA for the guests rooms. That being said, your TA is right...however, the people in FL can send you the request forms and then put it through to the resort. I don't know if they can guarantee you'll get what you want, but you have a better chance. They can also answere a lot of questions you might have, at least for me, they act as a middle man...I ask them, they ask mexico, they tell me the answer. Hope that helps.

So for $249 (including shipping) I ordered my bouquet, MOH, bridesmaid, grooms, 2 groomsmen, mother corsage, hair flowers (I think 7 total) and 5 cake flowers. I read all the reviews she has on Ebay and they were all good. Let's keep our fingers crossed that they are all they are supposed to be. We are running out of time! Keep posting girls! Dez, anything new from the resort? Anyone else? Nicole I've been slacking a little...I need to put in my request for the coctail hour and receptioin......I have a lot of things on my plate right now, so it was easy to say "I have seven months, I'll get to it" LOL I should be able to get it done tomorrow hopefully

Not sure on the details other than it's an additional $10 per person. Also, Moon Palace's beach can be seaweedy.... Actually, in my avatar pic, my hair is all back and curled. I have naturally curly, stubborn hair so I'm going to have it put up. I think I want it up the way it is in the pic (FSIL's wedding). We took pics of the front and back that day so I'll have something to give them to work off of.

I don't feel like running to the store, if I did I would have to try the spinach in the soup. Maybe I'll go, FI loves spinach and I'm sure he'd be happy if I did that for him. Oh yah, he said he'd eat the soup with me at night for dinner but he had toast and dr. pepper too! lil stinker! Sorry about your sweet tooth! I don't really have one- THANK GOD or I'd be dying too! Hang in there, tomorrow you can have fruit. It's mean that he's eating the toast and soda in front of you, but it's still really cool that he's supportive enough to eat the soup two days in a row! I LOVE baby spinach, it's my salad preference I read somewhere to add red pepper flakes or franks red hot or werchester sauce or something to make it a little different...helps keep you from getting board so fast.
