  1. I know Aqua are $16 per table. I think that's just for the table cloth and not napkins or chair covers or anyting...
  2. Bethany, Have you reserved your date and time with the resort? If not, then start there. Next, think about a Save teh date, do you want to send one out? Do you have anyting in mind? Do you want suggestions? I've done a mix of working with a TA and directly with the resort. I really only used the TA for the rooms and I booked the wedding and everything else myself I like having that direct contact with teh resort too. Erin, I'm the one getting married on the 17th! The only reason I seem to have things together is because we're procrastinators, so I've made a HUGE effort not to procrastinate with wedding stuff!!
  3. They are Birchcraft. From the Treasured Love Book. It's a sceen of a bride and groom looking towards the horizon (ocean). The invitation is all white with Aqua accents an writing. I'll post pics as soon as I can
  4. I ordered my invitations today The guy told me they should be in by Wednesday, Friday the latest!! I can't send them out until late Sept, since the RSVP date is Nov 15, but this way I'll have pleanty of time to address and stamp them Next Sat I'm going dress shopping wiht my mom for her dress
  5. I've been to the Cancun Palace before they renovated and we LOVED it so much, we choose to get married at teh Moon Palace. I don't know if since they renovated they do weddings there, but I know in the past they didn't do weddings. Good luck!

  7. The things some people do never cease to amaze me!!
  8. Oooh, I can't wait for that! LOL At times "stress" is an understatement! Seriously, thank you for sharing this, it's taken a HUGE weight off my shoulders
  9. I know this thread is old...but I'm bumping it for anyone else who's having a hard time with invitation wording. I just searched for "invitation wording" and read every single thread that came up...and honestly, I think I'm going to go with EXACTLY what you have (of course I'll change it to our names, date and location...but still) THANKS!!!!!
  10. Hi and welcome! There's actually a Moon Palace thread with a TON of info on it. If you have ANY questions feel free to ask maybe one of us can help. Happy Planning!!
  11. A friend asked me once if i was psychich or something. I'd asked if if he heard from so-and-so lately and he'd say no and within a day, he'd hear from them. And it happened a few times...with the same friend but with other so-and-sos

Wow! Great list!!
  13. First, you NEED to get them a HAMMER!! LOL Hamper Henkels knife set I'll keep thinking...
  14. My mom (and sister ONCE) have seen spirits here. I say spirits and not ghosts, because they weren't random people. Our first christmas in this house (1992) we were puttign up christmas decorations on the wall behind the couch, standing on the couch adn my mom jumped down startled. She saw the face of my great aunt, who we were very close to and just passed away, flash in front of her. I think she's also seen my grandfather and my other things...she tends not to tell us stuff because we get a little freaked. She tends to be "sensitive" sometimes (several psychichs couldn't read her and told her that it's because of the spririts that are with her will show her the things she needs to see when it's time)...it's a little weird lol
  15. I love my laptop (but it gets REALLY hot in the sun). I actually need to get my mom a wirelesss router, it's too much of a pain to bring mine every time I come over. But since I "work" from home I need to (boss doesn't know I just got out of the pool LOL)
  16. I think she meant the outside getting hot from it sitting in the sun...not because of what's in it, just reflecting the sun and absorbing the heat. It's a good point. Before i order any, I am going to put one of my mom's travel mugs in the yard and see how hot it gets...if it's too hot to hold, then absolutely handles!!! (or plastic)
  17. Wow, ok so I just caught up from yesterday and now I have the creeps...Mind you, I am actually sitting in my parents back yard, NOTHING scarey about that LOL

  19. I'd wear it again...but my theory is that if people are paying close enough attention to what I wear at each event (comparing pics?) I might as well give them something to find LOL
  20. I like the one with the handle...but I like handles, FI doesn't LOL I agree with the plastic interior...so I'd go with #1 or 2...more like 2 if there wasn't a huge difference in price...but #1 if space is an issue with packing....they might stack together better. Sorry...I don't seem to be much help, huh?
  21. WOW! It all looks so great!!!!! You did such an awesome job

When they were at that castle, I kept thinking how cool it would be to have a DW there! I liked that theory too...but I wish they were actually able to capture stuff using it. The things they heard, I wasn't able to hear and they feelings they got. I agree, New Zealand is beautiful! Quote: Originally Posted by Jacqueline I just read this entire thread! I was cracking up. That's creapy! I think that might have been enough incentive for me to just flip the house instead of live there LOL
